  3. you might want to get in contact with him, he will most likely have to finish up a new mold first. the oldest one he just retired.
  4. fibreglass? no way. do we wear boat armor?
  5. for the faceplate bottom leave some of the extra material on and glue the rubber over that. for the cap and back trim along the faint line for cutting.

  7. a little bit o trimming and some fitting changes. no problem!
  8. it's not even a full suit of armor! it's short on shins and inner forearms it also has no belt helmet ear only has one. huh? no abdomen plate no caps for belt one knee plate is wrinkled so bad you can't use it. and to top it all off... there is no helmet top! and from the look of the child mat in the background the poor kid probably cracked the faceplate on the helmet. so you can't even make a suit of armor. this is just a pile of junk hips thin parts. STAY AWAY!
  9. ROTJ? try sskunky. he's a little busy but he makes fully ribbed straps.

  12. my clone batch does the best it can!
  13. weird! it's actually shorter than yours chris? ap 17" when I bent my belt for the ATA it was longer... but it barely fit across the ab of the ata. probably your best bet is to get a larger scale belt from your maker? that measure is the AP belt laying flat.
  14. there has been one thread I saw for it... but the project never really got finished that I know.
  15. you know I love to make blasters too!
  16. sheet aluminum is sometimes too soft or brittle. if you're making a sheet metal blaster with folded steel cutouts then there's some great information for you in this thread ----------
  17. it's kinda short actually. but I have an older kit... don't know if he's changed it any. ap belts are actually longer. the plastic part.
  18. that shows the spring dimensions and spacing when it's uncompressed. in the gun it's compressed. ever consider that fact my brothers! very nice work so far!
  19. open source blaster core! ever seen the hall effect sensors used in ERV's build?
  20. any "new armor" is always suspect. the entire legion is watching.
  21. we need closeup photos of the mouse droid!
  22. mathias found my nit pick@! sweet job dan!
  23. it looks like you need to look at a photo of a real sterling and copy that. sorry folks... I'm not with the weathering on this piece! not that I wanna rock the boat er nothin!
