I have no problem contacting them. Doopydoo told me that it is not just a cost thing but Customs will confiscate the package. IF, you go to England you can get one and take it back with you no problem.

I have a Admin Local telling me stuff too, and well if he says change it I do these other guys are not so helpful as you would think.
