Well it's not a deal breaker but I'm more concerned about the covers rubbing against your neck. If you used E6000 just remove and reinstall them.

It's funny how we critique the heck out of our armor and yet all the fans see is a STORMTROOPER! Nice job Sean -

When the new armor finally arrives in the hands of people like yourself we'll see how different they actually are. At that point I'm sure we'll have additional build threads. THT -

TK-20211 Requesting ANH Stunt EIB Status. (A.M 2.0) [866]
ukswrath replied to LJK's topic in Request Expert Infantry Status
Hey LJ, thanks for your EIB submission. You'll need to post your photos here in this thread before we can get started. Let us know if you need help. Also, are you applying for AHA Stunt? -
On another note while looking for photos to answer your question I found a clean shot of the drop box to belt attachment. It appears the connecting material may indeed reside under the waist belt box, not behind the belt itself as previously thought.

The back belt section velcros to the front so each trooper will need to adjust the belt assembly for their own fitment.

In one of my costumes I use a similar setup. It works perfect. -
Thank you. At EIB the CRL states: Clips shall be attached with slotted, pan head style screws, and be black (two per clip). Your screws though slotted are not pan head unfortunately. These will need to be replaced before we can proceed with your application. We've provided a couple reference photos so you can see the difference between your screws and the required pan head. Hey Candido thank you for your EIB application and patience. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All the required submission photos have been posted. Your armor appears to display all necessary element as set out in the level 2 CRL. The DO crew would like to welcome you to Expert Infantry. Beautiful job on your build, congratulations Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. We have a few minor concerns to go over so starting at the top. The stunt frown technically meets the gum line, though not every movie helmet was painted that way. Correcting this is up to you. That said, regardless of the above the frown should extend outside the last tooth as seen in the reference photos. Reference photo Next up the your Vcoder paint is a bit glossy, it should be semi gloss or satin. We're suggesting you dull it up a bit. Reference photo Continuing downward there should be minimal gap between the shoulder bells and the chest/back plates. Removing more lower return edge on the shoulder bell should help in this area. Reference photo While talking about the arms the gap between the forearm and bicep is a bit excessive, there should be 1/2" (12.5mm). Either raising the forearms, lowering the biceps or both is suggested. Reference photo Taking a look at the Ab buttons. They're painted a bit large. Technically the paint should be smaller than the button itself. Reference photo And closing things off at the blaster, your "D" ring doesn't look correct, it should look what's seen on the following reference photo. Reference photo None of the above are deal breakers by any means just suggestions to enhance the overall look of your armor, which by the way is beautiful. That's it for the EIB section. Centurion Suggestions: In this section we prepare you the best we can for Centurion. If there are any areas of concern they will be discussed here. At this point we have nothing to add. Hope to see you at Centurion. Congratulation again

Just making an observation here but this connection should be on the opposite side. Sorry if this has already been brought up. -
Wish I could give you better advice, problem is I have yet to see any screen or prop photos with detailed belt connections.
