On behalf of the FISD Deployment team I'd like to welcome you to Centurion. Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this area we discuss any areas still needing some improvement. Though they will not hold you back from Centurion, Centurion is the elite level of accuracy and what we suggest here will help you reach that. Somehow I missed the ear placement during your EIB approval. As mentioned above though the following suggestion will not effect your Centurion application it's worth noting none the less. The ear placement should be so that the upper and lower ear mounting screws follow the trap trailing edge as seen in the provided reference photo. Reference photo Looks like you've done a little work on the Vcoder. That said, it could use a bit more TLC on the left side so it matches the right. Almost there brother. Reference photo Ab buttons could also use a little more TLC. A cotton swab and denatured alcohol could clean those outer edges right up Reference photo And lastly the left side of the waist ammo belt could still stand to come up a bit. Reference photo That's it. Great job on your build Rat. Time to get out there represent the Empire.

Nice work so far Dave. Regarding the bicep I agree with Matt here regarding the cover strip placement. If the perfectionist in you draws you to move it by all means have at it OR, another option would be to leave it as is because the shoulder bell will cover it, not to mention it's not too far off from screen used. Great question, so the following reference photo is screen used armor. Note the notch placement, duplicate it. Your butt plate will move around while trooping regardless, so how it aligns with the notch won't matter too much once installed.

Q1A. You nailed it, armor and body strapping adjustments needed or added. Q2A. Nothing saying you can't trim it, just not too far Q3A. Your trim lines will work. Also suggest making sure the butt plate is fully under the kidney before final trim is made. Q4A. No longer required at any level of approval. 22mm notch is completely up to you to add. Personally, I did it because it was accurate. Q4A (belt alignment) Unless you plan to Velcro it in place, plan on it moving around while trooping. Perfectly normal Keep up the good work

Awesome Kalani. It's been a while since I trooped my HWT but when I did it was an hour or so in the heavy then at my first break I switched to a TK. Lightening the loads makes the remainder of the troop a bit more pleasant. Gotta love options.

Word of advice, glue some black felt or similar to the inside of the cut out section (rim inward) before it scratches the crap out of your back plate .

Reference photo Again, the lowest the brown should typically go is the top of the eye socket return edge. We're still suggesting you raise the brow. Reference photo As mentioned the tube stripes should roughly be a No.2 pencil width from the face. We're still recommending you reposition yours. Reference photo The arms are still out of sorts, the cover strips should be facing forward. Again, not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Reference photos Though it doesn't have to be perfect the sniper side return edge should be nice and square and the edge should follow the same contour of the thigh armor Reference photos Though we didn't notice during you EIB application it appears the left Hovi screen appears to be damaged. We're suggesting you replace this at your soonest convenience. Lastly, as Matt mentioned the bracket screws could use another layer of paint so that they blend into the armor. That's it. very nice job or our build trooper. Now it's time to get out there represent the Empire.

Looking good Jennifer nice work. Tip: You have the shoulder bells on the wrong arms. The lower outer edge should swoop forward. On the WTF armor it's not very defined but it is there. Reference photo I normally don't post build photos as reference however, since this is what you're building I thought I'd post a couple recent WTF build photos in addition to the screen used photo. Looks good Dave. You'll probably find yourself trimming down the top/back of the thighs after you walk around in them. Armor stabbing gets old after a while. Keep up the good work

If you change out the screws I wouldn't change the locations unless you can do so by conceal the old hole.

The left ear is a bit off center but not too bad. Just a reminder if you choose to shoot for the higher levels they'll need to be replaced with the correct type. Thanks for the kind words Greg, THT
