  1. Fantastic job Ty. Very creative with the ab boxes. If you don't mind me asking where did you buy the resin kit?
  2. Wow awesome, love the lens DIY video tutorial also. I highly recommend posting the tutorial by itself in it's own thread as well. Very good info. Great job!
  3. Almost there Oscar, nice build sir!
  4. Very nice Stein! Almost there brother
  5. Build thread moved to... http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/33330-newbie-esb-build/
  6. You can try to spray it with a clear enamel but in all reality you're a sand trooper, your dirt (weathering) will come and go. As my Sandy wears I just add more acrylic paint as needed.
  7. Congrats trooper welcome to the ranks.
  8. Congrats Dan welcome to the ranks trooper
  9. Thanks Brian and thank you again for the information & inspiration to make the accuracy changes.
  10. Thanks for your support my brothers.
  11. Thanks, gee no pressure lol
  12. Yea I had to crank my tension up to max or it bunches up like you said
  13. Thanks Walter
  14. It's up to the individual Jason, everyone's legs are different. Install your boots and/or underarmor clothing, walk around for a while, then remove (trim) anything that's chaffing.
  15. Overthinking the smaller things? yea I ask myself the same question. For some following my TFA build I'm sure they're asking the same question. The answer is simple, it's my armor, I want it to look nice and I paid too much for it to look like crap in a few months of trooping. So yea, take your time, scrutinize and nit pick if you must, just remember to have fun while you're doing it.
  16. Germain they are on us like white on rice with the NDA. As private as this form is, it's still public. Brian and others in his position are bound to even a higher standard until released from that obligation.
  17. Trim any cover strip material extending past the edge of the armor, chamfer any cover edge corners, and I'd personally trim the upper return edge back a bit before it digs a hole in your legs.
  18. Looking good Art. As for the shoulder bell alignment, the top edge of the bell when attached correctly will nestle against your shoulder straps. Here's a screen shot. Disregard the red illustration lines.
  19. Dang how many FOTK buckets am I going to buy? 1) Beta armor ver, 2) Dday ver, 3) ANOVOS abs ver, now 4) Micheg1 ver
  20. Yea that was my creative side, like everything else I do here lol
  21. I believe I used size 3 in addition to the "making your own calf hooks" tutorial I did last year. If you're interested... http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/29132-diy-rear-calf-closure-clips-aka-%E2%80%9Cbra-clips%E2%80%9D/
  22. Ha I've never seen this, where's the rest Andi. I know you and I have talked quite extensively about this. Any new progress on your upgrades?
