  1. Dude, your work is amazing. I will use a lot of it as a reference for my aluminium blaster build If you have any tips for me, check out my thread! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/35867-aluminium-e-11/ Continue the Great work! Best Regards, Danny TK-55550
  2. I used impact letters for the mag housing & scope detail.<br> I will start the mag itself tomorrow, but I don't know yet if I will build in any functions
  3. Thx for the kind words everyone And thank you for your offer, vern - but I want to build the whole blaster by myself. @Christian: This will take a while.... I guess a couple of months And it won't be cheap Here is my new update: I finished the main pipe. HQ-Pic Here is a macro shot: HQ-Pic I started, adding some more details to the parts I build. Here is what I did on the scope: HQ-Pic HQ-Pic I also startet building the magazin housing. It's not done yet, but I guess it's a good start HQ-Pic I'm not sure if the serial numbers match the original ones I really can't wait to finish this project... My girlfriend is getting mad at me, because I only have the blaster on my mind Best Regards, Danny (TK-55550)
  4. @Dahone: I can't teöö ypi the weight until it's finished, I'm sorry. @ the others: thanks, nice to hear, that you're interested. Maybe I'll make a small run (of 5-10 blasters) in the future. Meanwhile I had to do some officer belts, so here is only a micro update for the blaster: HQ-Pic Best Regards Danny (TK-55550)
  5. small update: I made the trigger guard HQ-pic and the D-ring HQ-Pic Regards TK-55550
  6. The templates I have are DIN A4. Check out the e-11 blaster Reference download section. I also have some templates from imperial-fleet.com and hauih gave me bis templates. I can ASK him to post the download link here.<br> but my pipe is 40mm - not 1 1/2" (~38mm)!
  7. I guess I will paint it black at the end. But I can make some pictures when it's assembled and unpainted, if you wish Today I made another part of the folding stock and started with the main pipe. Here is the folding stock part: HQ-Pic This is my main pipe in progress: HQ-Pic I know, the workbench is a mess now But holy sh**, it's a lot of hard training to drill all those holes without a pillar drill! This is how the holes turned out: HQ-Pic I hope you like, what you can see on the pics To be continued....
  8. Hauih gave me his incredible detailed scope templates and I made the scope on a turning machine. It's made out of 4 parts + lenses. Here are two more pictures of the scope: HQ-Pic HQ-Pic I will post some more stuff of the blaster later today.
  9. this thread is insane. All the details are incredible and I really like how you do all the work. I will learn a lot from this for my Aluminium blaster
  10. lol, sry I posted over my smartphone, I did not see the wrong letter. Unfortunately there's allways the "<br>" and "<a>" behind, that kills the links, if I make posts with my smartphone But thanks for moving the thread, I'll change the first post, so you can see the pics
  11. Hi all, I started an Aluminium E-11 Blaster I'm using hauih's metric templates and the ones from the reference thread. Here is what I have so far: HQ-Pic HQ-Pic I bought a 40mm aluminium pipe. It's 2mm thick. TK-55550
  12. Yes, BDWC, I'm talking about the last triangular painting. It's missing on the Anovos helmet. You only cut the recess between the (missing) triangular paint and the one before, if you want to make a hero helmet.
  13. I would rather attach some abs pieces from behind with abs slurry. It's easier to get it smooth and it's not a mess if you use the dremel.
  14. Ok I accomplished all the changes on the list, you can see them here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/35681-tk-55550-requesting-anh-stunt-eib-status-fx/ I will post pictures of the making-of tomorrow

  16. welshchris77 - do you already have a 501st ID number? If so, go to clone trooper forum , sign up, request 50st access, go to the 501st Sales section. There is an awesome undersuit for sale: -------- I don't know if it's sold anywhere else, too. The guy who sells them is "Barricade" on the clone detachment. costs are 20$ per shirt and per pants. If you don't have a 501st ID number, go and get approved with the Anovos stuff, then buy this awesome suit
  17. I guess we have to wait for a staff reply here...
  18. Did you check "My Settings" -> "Notification Options" ? Check if the hooks are set as you wish and if your mail address is correct. I receive the mails from [email protected]
  19. Thanks for solving this question, good to know how to do it right
  20. Sometimes I wear sports pants under my undersuit (the sports pants have pockets with a zipper).<br> I also have a black neck wallet, but most of the time all the stuff stays in the locked trooper box.
  21. If you use loctite on the screws and nuts, the original strapping will be more secure <br> Snaps are easier to disassemble, original strapping needs a bigger trooper box.<br> I will go the more accurate way with my new armor kit, since I already have a trooper box that is big enough. My old armor was kind of snaps/custom strapping.
  23. But do you know if the loose/fixed shoulder straps mentioned in the CRLs matter for EIB or Centurion?<br> Seems like the ESB CRL wants us to glue the shoulder strap on both sides, while the ANH CRL clearly says no glue on the back!
