Hello Everyone, I'm helping out a new friend on his armor for legion membership. This is a “Troopers Helping Troopers” team armor build. Name: Jay Helmet: ATA 100% Done (already at Centurion Level) Armor: MTK 100% Done for basic approval. 80% Done for Centurion Level (updated on 09/17/2015). Location: Northern California Background Jay and I were introduced by UKSWARTH (Tony) last month at one of our garrison armor parties. Since we live close by, we began working together on his build. He’s been working on his armor by himself for the past two months. Before our second armor build, he was at 30% underway. He's already aware with the legion CRL requirements and our Advanced Tactics program. We will be documenting the build here.

WHOA!!! I'm so happy we're in the same garrison...i'm calling you for help!!! That's a ton of trimming, sanding, and prepping. If i'm seeing this clearly, the best approach to starting the armor is to . . . 1. Cut first with a dremel with a drill bit circular saw 2. Sand and shape with a belt sander 3. Use the special gun instead of e-6000

I'm a large trooper as well and my build site can be found below. Yes, large troopers can reach Centurion Level.

Update on the throat mic: So I think I might either have a busted unit = no clear sound and very distorted or this thing does like large troopers. Also, this thing is very short around my thick neck. I'm going to have a fellow garrison member check it out before I return it. That's my report for now. ========================================= Updated 03/21/2016: I gave my throat mic away to another trooper in our garrison. I never found a replacement.
