  1. I'll be there with the family.... all four days in Anaheim!
  2. Hey Andrew, I hope my tutorial will help. I have big thighs too . . . http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/26001-haribon72s-anh-stormtrooper-ne-hero-build/?p=383679
  3. Great re-build. I must see this armor someday at a troop!
  4. I like the consideration pic! Good luck Bro!
  5. Thanks for sharing this! I'm still waiting to order mine.
  6. REPAIR WORK ON iCOMM UNIT Since my unit is out of warranty, I couldn't get a replacement. So here's what I did to fix it myself. My iComm was giving me problems last month so I took some time to work on it. If you get a "beep-beep-beep-beep-beep-beep-beep-etc....." sound from your iComm, here are a few troubleshooting tests: 1. First, charge up your Aker to 100% (usually overnight), if you still get the beep 100x sound...go to the next step. 2. Replace the internal battery, like this . . . This battery will need to be replaced: Its a simple plug and play battery swap out. AtBatt.com was the cheapest and best place to order my battery. Thanks for visiting today!
  7. Way to go Andrew!!! Good luck on your Centurion application!
  8. CENTURION STATUS ! ! ! Time to do the Happy Dance . . . for Tolo and Mutter
  9. Thank you Steve and the FISD community for all your support and time for this long await build. I'm so happy for this moment. I was stressing over the shims and appreciate the time and research to review my work. I hope my project will inspire larger troopers and makes things easier for everyone. Yes, I was thinking of you Steve when I was painting my blaster! I'm glad you liked it!!! As for the belt, I will get that taken care of with some velcro. My wife and I took a lot of action shots that evening and the belt must moved during the process. The whole project took one year and four months (from the time the brown box arrived to Centurion approval). This journey really challenged my marriage, building skills, and time management. In the end, I feel blessed that everything worked out better than it was before. My wife and I have a much stronger bond and understanding. I picked up new prop making skills to help family and friends with their costumes. And I finally learned how to really use our kitchen whiteboard to manage all our family time efficiently. Cheers again and again! And May the Force Be With Us All !!! Special Thanks to my wife MaAnn, cousins Diana & Jojo, Germain, Kyle, my fellow GGG troopers, and again the FISD community!!!

  11. During my build I made sure I could bend down to put on my lower legs myself.
  12. Here are my kidney notch measurements: Right Side Kidney Notch Left Side Kidney Notch I know my shims will be a big debate and discussion. So I appreciate your time, consideration, and May The Force Be With Me!!! Thank you.
  13. Thanks Germain! Since my armor was sitting on the floor on its side, I took more pictures this morning to show its proper alignment: During the build I made sure my MrNoStripes (V-2.0) strapping brackets would hold the kidney and butt in place. I had soften the corners because the sharps corners were snagging by black under suit. More pictures
  14. I submitted my application for Centurion status. Follow the thread here . . . http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/30490-tk-61972-requesting-anh-hero-centurion-status-ne/ Can you do this with your armor?
  15. Thank you for your consideration and attention! Yes, I know my sniper knee lower leg is off.
