  1. I can give it a try. I have a real Sterling to use for a test fit.
  2. I have 3d printable parts for a PVC pipe build. They were created using actual parts.
  3. I use PLA primarily. I use a Markforged printer at work that uses nylon. PLA does not give off an offensive odor like ABS. PETG is supposed to be a good material for strength. ABS and PETG work best with a heated bed. Matterhackers has some good information on different materials.
  4. Praetorian blasters, The rubber blaster looks great. I was commenting on the photos of the deactivated sterling. My Sterling was cut up into pieces to be legally deactivated in the USA. It is illegal to make a functioning weapon out of the parts.I used the parts to make 3d models for printing replica parts on a 3D printer.
  5. Your deactivated Sterling is more home made that a real sterling. Not even close. I have a real Sterling L2A3. Yours sort of looks like a Sterling but way too many differences. The front sight, barrel end, rear sight, charging handle, bolt opening, end cap mounting are all off just to mention a few. The magazine holder and front sight are definitely home made.
  6. Check out my 3D parts in this link. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31703-e-11-blaster-3d-printed-parts/ I have a stl file of the mag release button.
  7. Acetone only works on ABS. It does not work on PLA.
  8. Nice blaster. Looks like your springs are in the wrong way.
  9. If you have access to a 3D printer you may want to try the parts I have designed for 3D printing. I used an actual Sterling L2A3 and measured the parts and created models in Solidworks. You may need to scale up or down to fit the inner diameter of your pipe. You can find the parts here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31703-e-11-blaster-3d-printed-parts
  10. Do the holes in the front barrel section go straight thru from side to side or are they angled toward the center? Looks like they go straight thru.
  11. Check out my thread for 3D printed E-11 blaster parts. I have a muzzle end for 40mm 1.25" pvc pipe. The models were created using a deactivated Sterling L2A3 i own along with a real M38A2 scope and Hengstler counter. The files are free and if you have access to a 3d printer you can have one in a short time or order from any online 3d printing service. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31703-e-11-blaster-3d-printed-parts/
  12. I am not in the business of supplying parts. You can use any online 3d printing service to order parts using the files I created. Some public libraries have 3d printers. Look for a local maker group. They may have a 3d printer.
  13. I have a lot of stl files available for a pipe build. See http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31703-e-11-blaster-3d-printed-parts
  14. I have not tried them on a Hasbro blaster. They may work with some modifications.
  15. You can see my post on 3D printed parts. I have the mag clip and holder along with most of the parts needed for 1.25ID PVC pipe. The parts files are available for free. See post: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31703-e-11-blaster-3d-printed-parts
  16. Please make a file for each part individually. It is easier to arrange the parts for printing. I have a Printrbot 3D printer that I have upgraded to print 12"L X 4"W X 5"H. Future plans are to increase the width to 6" and height to 10". Now I have another SW prop to add to the list for printing.
  17. I have created most of the parts for an E-11 Blaster for use with 1.25" PVC pipe. Check this thread http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31703-e-11-blaster-3d-printed-parts The files are available thru Thingiverse for free.
  18. If you are buying PVC pipe most home improvement stores (Lowes or Home Depot) have 2 foot pieces. Some places will sell it by the foot.
  19. If you have access to a 3D printer there are files that can help you build a scope and other parts. Check them out here http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31703-e-11-blaster-3d-printed-parts/
  20. Yes I am still working on it. Currently working on a Heiland flash conversion to make a ANH Vader Saber. Just need to finish the clamp and I'll be done with it. I used a drawing of the original T-Track and have made a 3d model of it to use for the grips. These can be used for the blaster as well I just need to lengthen them to fit. I have completed the Hengstler counter and front sight assembly. I have not posted these to the Thingiverse page. The parts I need to finish are the trigger group, hand grip and folding stock.
  21. I made a 3d model of the block and the STL file is available from Thingiverse. See Post http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31703-e-11-blaster-3d-printed-parts/for link. Part is called Front Sight Block. The pin is also available. If you have access to a 3d printer you can print this in PLA or ABS plastic. You can upload to Shapeways and receive the part in the mail.
  22. May need to scuff it up with fine sandpaper or a scotchbrite pad for glue and paint to stick.
