Yeah, it just makes it their own interpretation of what they think it should have looked like, and not what it really was...GL's interpretations of his vision are all on screen, and as Scott said it was the intent and the presentation of the first time you watched the film, this is what GL wanted to get a crossed to the public, not all the low budget film quarks that we all have seen from watching the movie thousands of times, but if you want to make your armor your own interpretation of the film go ahead to each their own I always say that’s just my .02 credits

yeah, where did the helmet come from? was it an original sculpt from ANH helmet pics?

then I have no clue , but now I'm waiting for the big guns to come out and start shooting their loaded opinions at eachother

was it cast from an ROTJ then re worked into an ANH

Yeah it does have that dull Vinyl look to it...you can tell with the depth of the lines on the AB section... not to mention the buttons, but the lines on an original are extemely sharp and have allot mor dept to them...I have never seen this type of sharpness and depth before in any other authentic armor out there that was pulled from an original suit...the artistry of the original ROTJ armor is amayzing...eventhough they were pulled for different screen shots, they are true works of art in my opinion

The top photo is a special edition suit made in in the 90's when they re-released the trilogy...I've never seen the bottom pic before

I'm think he is, he is going to start standardizing the sizes so its easier on him to produce them

what about using a "Sonic Ear" device? I see the comercials all the time and wonder

but Paul, they did take the belts off of TK's, so I would believe that its what GL inteneded for them to look like...you know they threw those holsters on the stunt/background TK's belts with a few rivets but I'm to think that that was a case of building time and screen time just my .02 cents
