  1. Ok, my project is still slowly moving foreword... I've been trying to fit my thighs properly, but they haven't come out looking right yet, My shins have been painted, and I am still contemplating making them completely seamless My forearms and biceps are prepped for bondo... My elbows are done except for weathering, BUT they still don't look that great to me
  2. Yeah, but the only problem with doing an EPII clone is finding a decent looking helmet
  3. in this pic, it looks like someone puched it in between the eyes
  4. Yeah it doesn't look right to me either imagine that the so called "New FX" helmet looks off
  5. I think that as far as comfort level, it all depends on how you trim your armor to be an extension of your body, as for accuracy, there is a couple suits out there, but then it depends on your interpretation of "accurate"
  6. Yeah, but I think there is too many "commanders" in the clone ranks, and there are only a few that look good IMO
  7. Hmmm thats an interesting concept, and everything we know, do, and believe in are pre-conditioned concepts, just another item i kept a mental note of also
  8. Cool Tom, thanks I'll have to get some then

  11. instructions?, you don't need no stinking instructions! its TK armor, if us clones are doing our builds with no instructions, I'm sure you can knock out an easy project like TK armor with no problems brother

  13. Yes! thanks everyone
  14. Yeah thats about how they are suppose to look , the TK's weren't computer animated
  15. yeah that looks good, I hope I'll find it...I am using this shade of 501st blue because my garrison mate uses it and I didn't want to have a different shade of blue if we are to be from the same legion
  16. not yet, and I'm re-thinking getting them at all, it seams that there is NO paint that will stick to these OSCS items
  17. Thanks Keita! it will be great seeing you at my small armor party tomorrow Hopefully we will finish up your AP for elite status also
  18. I used about 400 grit, but thats just me...I'm sure if your a perfectionist you could smooth it down as much as you would like though

  21. My left forearm with one of the seams already secured the other side is preped for glueing My elbows which I am going to re-pain becfause i was not happy how they turned out My elbow detail strapping
  22. My Bicep, Elbow, and Forearm pieces before assembly and weathering My right forearm after putting the more accurate com pad on...notice the shim in place for butting the two ends together for the "seamless" look my other seam on my right forearm already bondo'ed & partialy sanded
  23. My More authentic looking OSCS Knee's about 60% done The contrast between the standard knee that came with the armor "left" and the more authentic OSCS knee "right"
  24. My Helmet before when I thought it had too much weathering After I re-paineted some of it
