It was on wikipedia. I was getting a Stormtrooper pic for my research paper and at the bottom had a list of all stormtroopers. It is kinda silly though... Stormtroopers ARE the elite shock troops of the empire

I'm not sure if there is already information here about this, but I wonder if there are any people who've tried tackling this suit. It seems very awkward, as if they stopped designing it halfway through. It almost looks as if the different parts were copy/pasted together. On a side note, I'm almost done BS'ing my engineering materials (ME 2723) paper. The topic material? Yep, ABS plastic. Its probably one of the worst, hastiest papers I've written in years, but I post it somewhere and put up a link for anyone interested. I mentioned Stormtroopers but decided instead to focus on Lego's... My professor's an old Indian guy who may not be familiar with hollywood. -jacob

I'm curious as to what it is like inside the helmet. I know there are options all over the place in terms of amplifying your voice for others to hear, but how is it the other way around? Is it easy to hear what is going around outside of you? The only openings are at the bottom and front of the helmet... So I assumed that you might feel a bit alienated if people didn't talk to you from directly in front. Is this the case or can you hear well enough? Has anyone ever tried doing the reverse and take exterior sounds and amplify them inside the helmet? Just curious, Jacob

I think I've read just about every post in the forum twice and have a pretty good idea of what I want to do. I want to go with the ANH AP set, armor and helmet. I want an accurate suit and AP seems like it has the most bang for the buck. I like assembling things very much, but dislike painting, which is partly why I like the AP(minimal painting). I'm pretty sure I'll be able to finish it over Christmas break, find some boots, get the misc pieces and add finishing touches before the summer. (School in the spring). I'm still finishing payments on my Badcat amp, but I think I'll be able to handle this. What is my next step towards buying my kit. Please PM. -jacob
