Definitely a neat idea and you could always wear it to cons and non formal events. Would make a great second suit for those occasions. If you do make one, even if it's way down the road, I'm sure we'd love to see some action shots.
"...thus prompting some creative explanations of monies spent to avoid what is commonly referred to in the MMO world as Wife agro."
We might as well start an entire section devoted to this. I think most everyone of us has been there.
All the best on your build!
We're only 2 short for 300 EIB? Even though I'm working on a fresh AP build for Centurion, I think this motivates me to go ahead and submit my current suit for EIB just to help momentum....
Great read and info. Thanks guys!
I might be crazy but it seems like there's a common bond of people getting into it as relatively new parents. People with toddlers or right above. Maybe it's just a way we're all connecting with our childhoods again. I imagine most every kid that sees Star Wars wants to dress up in armor, but only as an adult do most of us have the means to make it happen for real.
I have my first baby due next month and jumped in on the first TK build mid pregnancy. I'd say it was a nice way to take my mind off things and geek out.
Much respect for all TK veterans on here!
1. Get my FX TK to EIB (pretty much done)...
2. Get my incoming AP TK to Centurion.
3. Get on a local Fire Team.
4. Continue to make people smile and laugh on future troops!
There's another one missing his TD when they board the Falcon. He turns to go "lend a hand" and you can see clearly.
I haven't had the pleasure of falling on mine yet, but then again I'm still pretty new around here.
