Trigger guard on Wanted to make the handle removeable so I can acces the switch and wiring so I am using screws and slotted holes and here fitted, just have to improve the cocking handle And the cocking handle in action

Well done, as long as you can use a sewing machine and use a ruler they are pretty easy to make. Keep up the good work

I know been there before, have learned now that the absolute best thing is the cheap throw away plastic gloves, use them also while spary painting

I use a 5 minute epoxy glue two pack mix, works well for me, I know there is also a plastic bond glue out there but have not tried that as yet. I like the 5 minute mix, gives me time to line pieces up before clamping and is very strong once set . My doopy bits arrived today so should be back on my build soon, 2 weeks from order to delivery

Just thought I would add that you can find the same type of design in brake boosters, usally larger diameter too. Also Sikaflex I manage to get off my hands with goo remover . Keep up the good work Karin

Sorry Karin, didn't think there was a difference in the neck seals. If it is any help, in Australia we have a couple of black silicones, black gasket goo and sikaflex, not sure if either are available in the EU. Both dry rigid but are flexible

I am planning on using normal silicon to hold the rubber pieces on to the gloves, is really strong and flexible, may be worth trying
