  1. Your more than welcome, troopers helping troopers
  2. Very nice work there, looks great, would like a few more effects in my blaster
  3. Looking good, keep up the good work
  4. I will be using elastic and in some places adjusters so if there is any sagging I can adjust them
  5. Looks like an interesting build, will be watching
  6. I found one small speaker to fit in mine but I may add another, as I used hi-bright led's they use a bit of power so the sound board loses a bit of volume. I think it's like eveyones builds, they are a work in progresss, you always want to improve what you have. Hope the painting is progressing well
  7. Removing paint is such a lot of work, sorry to hear you had problems. My paint was from a hardware store but I have used auto paint before as well. If you can find some satin clear spray then you could cover the matt black and still get the same satin results. Even some gloss clears you can make look satin just by holding the can further away from what you are painting and giving light dusting coats. Hope it works out I did find the hardest part of my build was the painting, but I must admit I had tried a few parctice pieces while I was waiting for all my bits to get here. Thanks for the positive comments Manuel and Sergiu
  8. I had a hard enough time fitting my electronics into my spring, can't believe how much is in yours, looking good
  9. Love the design just wondering if blue in place of red be better as the FISD has blue in their logo
  10. Just started to get these types of spray cans in Australia, only one maker has them so far. Make sure you wipe all your armor first with a good grease remover before you paint, the sweat from finger prints is enough to distort paint.
  11. So I think I am just about done, final assembly, now where's that armor, waiting, waiting, waiting, Pretty happy with the way this blaster has turned out, learned a lot from my hasbro build, learned even more with this pipe build, can't wait for my armor build. Thanks again for everyone’s input and comments wouldn't have gotten this far without it
  12. Blaster came out really well, you can never stop improving, the more I read the more I learn. Found this is addictive and may be building more. Keep up the good work
  13. Congrats, was worth all the work
  14. Well done for staying on track and soldiering on, congrats on EIB status
  15. very cool, thanks for sharing
  16. Added a few wires
  17. Still brings back bad memories, rip Death Star
  18. Looking good there, keep up the good work
  19. It has begun, the final assebly Just sorting out the wires, fitting the electrics and spring
  20. Looking great trooper, I used a small square file to make the teeth a bit sharper on the corners. I did find taking out a little more around the eyes gives you a lot more vision. Be watchin your build, good luck
  21. Don't you hate waiting for paint to dry , The one I use takes about 6 hours until you can put any weight on it. The satin clear is a bit quicker and can usualy touch it after about 4 hours. Hope to get it together over the next few days, just found small vibration motor I am going to put it, just to give a more realistic feeling
  22. I have posted some images here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=21062
