I used a common black vinyl from a local fabric shop. I cut two opposite pieces and glued them together, for strength and so both sides would be black then just cut and sewed

Looking good, you could do a few mods to it if you wanted, just the fine details, it is pretty weathered too so an option of a new coat of paint is there too then a little less weathering.

The grip comes seperate to the trigger and trigger guard, normally they are to be glued on, I decided to make mine functional, not that hard to do

Screws fitted to scope and counter

Front allen bots replaced D ring made and fitted Scope and counter attached

Thanks for the kind comments guys Time to modify my hengslter. Found an old car speedo so stripping it for the counter Now to trim the numbers so it's easier to fit Made the cover, a push switch and added a spring for the switch Cut a small piece of perspex and recessed it behind the cover, then glued, just needs a final cleanup and sand Now just have to find a couple of blade screws

I have used a bit of T-cut on my lid and it seems to work well

Nothing to be embarrassed about, looking good so far, good luck witht the rest of the build
