  1. LOL more clamps of course
  2. This is the only photo I have, the cover strip has the opposing Velcro glued to it, I just cut the Velcro to half the size of the cover strip
  3. LOL love it
  4. Pretty much what Tray said, the only other thing is the side rivets on your abb, from the photo I can only see 3 but there should be 6 total. Good luck with the mods
  5. Did you post on your local Garrison's forum?
  6. Hi Paul the answers you seek are in this thread
  7. Coming along nicely
  8. I went with 1/8 thickness and have snapped a couple, I think any narrower would be worse. You can never have too many magnets or clamps, hey Charles
  9. Lol well you have started well with the black first, good luck with the rest
  10. I agree, it was the flash, looming good, make sure the paint is really dry before adding the next coat as it can wrinkle
  11. 100% centurion is worth it, first high is receiving basic approval, the next high EIB approval and top that off with another high of centurion approval, to know you have achieved the highest level of TK armor, it's a thrill. Polish should take the scratch out, if not you may need to use wet and dry sandpaper, use soapy water and go from 300 grit through to 1200 grit then polish
  12. You can still see the ridge inside I would go a little more, but they are fine the way they are
  13. Exactly the right thinking, best to have too much than too little. BTW I think everyone has had a panic attack went going to cut their bucket/armor for the first time, you did it right, researched first, well done and keep up the good work
  14. Just a note, it won't hold you up getting approval, the tube stipe is just an esthetic thing. Star foam in the lid is what I use, also a block 1" by 2" on either side of the lid to stop it moving, I don't need a strap then. A good tip is to use Velcro when putting padding in the lid this way you can take it out and wash it from time to time.
  15. Looking good, I would take out a little more from the teeth, you can make out the ridges still, nice work
  16. I think you will find that once they are painted it wont be as obvious, looking good to me, good luck with the ears
  17. Congrats and welcome to the ranks trooper
  18. Keep and eye on the brackets and bolts for cracks, a few members have noticed they are getting some of late, but then they do dance around a lot. If needed you could use a strengthening piece of abs glued behind the brackets
  19. Thanks Anthony Thanks Tim, If you need any help just give me a yell
  20. Biceps up, forearms up a little too, shins will come up once you have boots on, other than that you are looking good
  21. Forgot to add my TK Hero 501st approval link here
  22. From what I have been told by a friend Ipad's have an issue with posting pics with the full web, try the mobile version. I may be wrong but it's what I was told
  23. Awesome work on the ears, well done, now move along, move along
