  1. This webpage has some nice templates http://www.tk1336.com/mp40ammopouch.html Pauldron template and PDF file download here http://www.mediafire.com/file/e67644lnccqd4ep/pauldron.pdf/file
  2. Well if you get a side pouch you can always cover the belt rivets, use snaps from behind so you can remove the holster
  3. 12 spots remaining . Last approved EIB #988 Anthony "TKStrider" TK16603
  4. Congratulations trooper and welcome to the EI ranks
  5. You may need to bring your chest down a little, the shoulder straps are sticking up a bit. Nice work
  6. Depends on what your blaster is made from too, I see some very heavy blasters on belts that could really do with the plastic insert
  7. A holster is a required component for basic approval, while a DLT19 is and option Han uses a DLT19 and is wearing a holster and an E11
  8. The base is a little chucky with the tan section, once recolored black it's going to look very thick. Also the angled side elastic isn't quire right. Personally I would look for something a little closer. You may get basic approval but really depends if they are noticed at EIB and Centurion. Here is the gallery of boots for reference
  9. I doubt it Out of interest I went back through and checked your ANH EIB and Centurion app's and it had been missed if it hadn't you would have had to change it back then
  10. Yes indeed but I was referring to your gap on the back, it didn't need adjusting only your front.
  11. Really depends on how it fits you. In this image it appears acceptable, although could be a little tighter on the left I think your main issue was to be bring the ab section upwards as your chest was not overlapping it.
  12. Ideally there should be little to no gap. Looks like you may be able to drop your backplate a little from that image.
  13. I always sand wet, helps the sandpaper last a little longer and doesn't get clogged as quickly. I normally use a 240 grit wet & dry on spray putty and blade putty (if needed), apply primer then a light hand sand with 600 grit. Everyone has their own way buy this works for me
  14. Just realized there is a thread with reveals also but it's in a 501st member access area so you wouldn't see that
  15. A lot more sanding but hopefully will solve some pin hole issues. I do tend to add blade putty a little thicker, it can shrink when drying so by adding a little more it does help fill in those pesky holes and scratches
  16. I would suggest making the appearance match the other leg as you have taken off the edges on the other thigh cover strip and it is also sitting above the angle ridges.
  17. Great to see, we all go through it, the excitement of the BBB, the unpacking, then the sheer panic "HOW DO I DO THIS" Once you have cut your first piece you will wonder what all the panic was about
  18. Unfortunately, same issue down under, mail is taking sooooooooo loooooooooong
  19. Looking forward to seeing you back, stay safe and we'll see you soon
  20. Most recent peek was in yesterdays newsletter. I think Andrew unveils new glimpses at increments of 10
  21. Congratulations and welcome to EIB trooper

  23. Actually you submit your approval photos to the GML (garrison membership liaison). You choose 5 combinations of ID yourself from an available list and once approved the first available is what you will receive. Also you do not pick a specific trooper to base your build off even if seeking L3 Centurion. There are requirement for L2 and L3 in the CRL's which need to be followed, not a specific trooper. Perhaps you are getting confused with Sandtroopers over at MEPD as their L3 program must follow a specific trooper, that is not the case here at FISD. I would suggest a little more research before providing information to others
