I've never had my TK on a mannequin (too busy wearing it) but found trying to get my clone on to it I had to cut the front portion of the foot to allow it to go into the shins, realistic shins are a pain on clones. These could be another option for you You can also purchase adjustable joints for pipe mannequins https://www.amazon.com.au/Adjustable-Joint-Fitting-2-5cm-Elbow/dp/B00C7WST34

Remnant Stormtrooper CRL Discussion Thread
gmrhodes13 replied to BigJasoni's topic in Anthology/Remnant
Very strange they painted over the cheek lines as Sandies still have these, may have been overkill of weathering who knows Not specific to the Remanent troopers but found this image full of details and didn't want to forget them at a later stage. Drop box has a recessed area on the rear for addition of the elastic. A plethora of gaffa tape Nice gash in the side of the ab, I'd say the chest may have been cutting into the ab with excessive movement. Also shows the Y strapping on the side of the thigh, with coverings. Having played with position of strapping in the past the Y strapping on the side would not allow for very much movement of the thigh, this is probably why we see so many images with the tops of the thighs hitting the belt/cod. And here again the straps with the covering sleeves. There is a white section which goes around the rear of the belt and attaches to the front belt section, looks like it could be velcro. They really went to town on this helmet. We see more gaffa tape, here it's on the chest. I've not looked closely at a Black Series TK helmet for a comparison. You can just make out light through the tube stripes. And shoulder support tab -

It's amazing how much abuse the lower front of the belt takes with the thighs hitting them, so you can understand them trimming a little extra off the belt Very common mod or breakage on a lot of the armor used. Here we have 2 troopers with some of the belt trimmed away or broken This trooper has a large piece of thigh missing Even the trooper used as artwork for the figure had some thigh missing -

Some great references here -
I added some extra ABS along both the insides, unfortunately it's a part which needs to flex getting it over your arm gaskets it's inevitable cracks will form.

Great work trooper -
A few have had to do the same in the past, luckily you don't have raised areas on the rear like some other makes have l

I don't use a pot, I have a rectangle tub that works quite well Using heat on any plastic can a little daunting, I've been using a heat gun for years but it took quite some practice but I find I can control the heat better than using a bath and is very useful for mods like shaping parts.

Hot water bath may help to bend it into position. I'd wait until you are kitted up and see if it's even an issue

I found FB messenger was the best contact for a response. As I say there are a lot of variables as to time, my mando boots took 2 months.

ANOVOS (DENUO NOVO) FOTK Armor Delivery Possibility

Great news, I would say the flimsiness is due to the change in supplier, thickness of plastic they have used and how they have vac formed the pieces. I feel just by the looks of the armor on screen that it doesn't appear to be quire as thick as the early kits but without getting my hands on one I can't confirm. Premier helmet is a lot heavier than the plastic version, I have both and my premier is only for display, with a bad neck the weight doesn't help at all. They had problems with the premier helmets in the beginning, I believe because of how they were held in the boxes, here was a strip of wood inside the opening of the helmet, the helmet would move slightly and cracks would appear in the openings, hopefully they have addressed this as they were made aware of the issue. -
You will get a better idea of look once you are wearing the ab/butt of your armor as some should conform to the armor.

Your best bet would be reach out to Crow Props directly, times can vary depending on what time of year it is, how many other boots he's making and what size your boot is.

Looking good, any gap at the wrists will be taken up with our gloves, some us with skinny are add some foam inside so the forearms don't rotate.
