  1. I feel a little bit of guilt that I will be getting mine with this batch
  2. Blaster looks good. Just my 2 cents, I used a plastic ruler and laid it against the existing counter down the barrel. With a pencil I made the line, then eyeballed center between the holes above it and made a mark with a sharpie. That is where I drilled my holes and they looked pretty good and were spaced well.
  3. you can get the scope end off fairly easy. I just used a screwdriver and a hammer and just keep hitting around the edges. It will eventually come off. You have to hit it pretty hard but it's not as hard as it seams. I started just the same way, good luck.
  4. Nice mod on the trigger, that's the one mod I didn't do on mine. Looks nice!
  5. Thanks, that is what I was going to say. As I read the CRL for e-11 ESB I believe I built mine correctly, I did not add the counter and cylinder that came with the kit.
  6. Silver is done, black is next...
  7. Yes I hollowed that out. It currently has first coat of silver. Will post a pic after second coat before I do the black. It is for ESB, so there is no counter or cylinders. Thanks for the feedback I was looking for someone to give a thumbs up or down so I knew.
  8. Build is complete and ready for paint Drilled holes in the stock for realism... Placed real hex heads in barrel end
  9. Here is my Doopy Doos E-11 Hasbro conversion: Be advised I really have no tools. All cutting was done by hand with a hobby knife and sanded with a piece of sand paper, as I have no Drimmel tool. I will say seperating the blaster in two was the hardest part. The breakdown didn't go totally smooth, as the scope rail broke when was was hollowing it out. I will repair this upon re-assembly. Any tips are welcomed, thank you! The kit came approx 2 weeks after ordering: Breakdown: note the broke scope rail: Holes were done with a 1/4in drill bit and whollowed out(only thing I could do)
  10. If you plan on seperating the gun as some say you should, I had a hell of a time getting it appart. I got my scope end off ok but ended up breaking a piece of my scope rack. I will be able to glue it back but it was still more complicated then it sounded on the build posts. Well good luck with the rest.
  11. That is a cool set of armor and you did a fantastic job! I will say it looks a little Cobra-ish too.
  12. Two things: 1. The kit they just sent me had a D-ring already in it similar to your modified one. 2. Do you have to gut your gun prior to doing the conversion or is this just a prefrence?
  13. I ordered my conversion kit direct off of their website and got it in the mail on Sat, about 2 weeks after purchase. I would order from them again.
  14. While on the computer at work they aren't showing on mine either but they were showning on my tablet last night.
  15. I'm on the waiting list for my armor and plan on aiming for ESB EI.
  16. Funny, I was just playing that game and thought if I ever do a second set of TK I would do that paint scheme.
  17. That is a pic that comes up on yahoo images for storm troopers, sweet ride!
  18. As I wil be starting soon this was and will be a big help. I was wondering and researching how I would get a blaster and as I already have a Hasbro I am going to attempt to follow your guide. Thanks for the great guide to go by.
