  1. Yeah, that what happens if you order while under the influence of alcohol... I only intended for 1 hasbro kit
  2. So I just got a batch of E-11 parts from Doopydoo and have started building. 2X Hasbro kits 1X pipe detail kit 1X E-11 resin kit Have started a bit on the first Hasbro kit, that will just be assembled as is. I've also begun on the Complete kit. I'm using E6000 so will have lots of spare time to build several kits at once Still tinkering with a trigger mechanism, and I think I'm going the right way Rest of the parts(except for the extra Hasbro kit)
  3. Also thought about that one, annd luckily i have two Boba blasters, thanks to Marv. I'm also going to put a real M38/M40 scope on either the full kit, pipe build, or both (again thanks to Marv)
  4. Welcome to the ranks
  5. But the full blaster kit have priority as I want my centurion
  6. Yes it is I want all the options open to me Gonna build one Hasbro, as is, and then one with some mods. Especially I want the Hasbro Boba blaster sounds!
  7. Yay! Finally I have what I need to get on with Centurion
  8. Looks really amazing!!!
  9. TM is an awesome kit to assemble. Take your time, and enjoy the build. Just remember the wise words: Measure twice, cut once But its better to cut too little than too much
  10. Ordered the complete E-11, pipe detail kit and Hasbro conversion kit, so I'm thinking of making a hybrid, with a bit of a hasbro E-11 with the boba soundboard, but want it to look right.
  11. Sometimes I hate living in Denmark.... But looking forward to seing more. Love theese deac E-11 builds
  12. Kinda abandoned this project, and have ordered doopydoo to start all over. Havent abandoned the idea of a Boba soundboard in an E-11
  13. Duct tape and superglue is also a good thing to have
  14. Toys R'us mate
  15. Maybe you could cut off a bit at the top and bottom. Heres my forearm for comparison. I'm pretty sure the raised area should go all the way, and not stop before the edge.
  16. Is your forarms biting when you move your arms? If thats the case you can remove a bit of the inner forearm. Like I did in my build
  17. I seem to remember something being mentioned once, that the reason for the missing hengstler on some e-11's was because they had broken off. They were simply glued to the side of the gun, and not with a bracket, as we do today, so they were quite fragile. So I guess the reason they are required, is because they were intended to be there from the start. Kind of the same reason we are not allowed to troop in armour thats fixed with white duct tape We try to get the intentional look and not the field repair look, done in the movie. Hope this helps some
  18. Hehe its okay Eldrik And Paul that is some great advice. Thank you. Although I seem to find that elastic on my thigs dont really work that great, but I will give it another go.
  19. Why, oh WHY do people keep calling me Morton I think you are the 3rd one here on FISD to call me Morton But thanks anyway hehe
  20. This was pinned in the ongoing sales thread. ----------
  21. Naaah, what makes you think I'd do that BTW heres a good pic from the start of the Malmö troop, where the armour sits really great
  22. Not really. Its a riggers belt, and VERY sturdy. They can be used for rapelling! But the thighs still manage to pull it down a bit when I'm walking around in it, unless I make it extremely tight. I had tightened it a lot the last hour of the last troop. It made my waist real sore, but it reduced the gap and made it easier to walk. So I think some suspenders would do wonders. Or maybe some garters like the ones Mightytank makes, could help even out the pull on the belt, so its not pulling in the same place. I guess I will have to experiment with this when I get home.
