  1. Hi guys. This here link says I'm from Norway, but I'm pretty sure I'm Danish Cheers
  2. Helmet pics added in the original post
  3. Awesome It actually was my intention to paint the knee and ab/kidney rivets, but I forgot. Do you mean the painted details? If you do, its painted by TM and Mathias knows this. But yes it should have been a pic of it here
  4. As Eric said, it shouldnt be a problem, but a picture says more than a thousand words

  6. Well, I will have a lot of them. Thats for sure
  7. Glad to hear that And thanks guys Mathias, I agree with you. I had thought about redoing the paint on the scope, but really dont want to mess with it. Instead I have give the gun some slight weathering with some steel wool. And theese just came in the door, thanks to Marv, so now I can get going on the pipe build. I also have a friend looking around for a deactivated sterling for me, so crossing my fingers
  8. The white between the back and kidney is the print on my t-shirt But thanks. I'll try and take a complete pic tomorrow, and if you guys like it, I will make my Centurion aplication
  9. I'm trying to fix the back plate, but its still bugging me. I tried two adjustments to get the chest and back plate closer to each other and therefore higher, but it doesnt seem to work too well. The first attempt. Second attempt. What am I doing wrong??
  10. Go for doopydoo You can get deacivated Stirlings in the UK, so you could go that way as well.
  11. Think I'm done now. Let me know if I missed something And for now, I'm going to let it weather itself, so wont be doing that. (Hopefully)Final pics of the E-11 kit.
  12. GArh, too late for those paint now... But wil keep that in mind for the pipe build. Thanks Lucas All I need is to put in the rear bolt and the makeshift spring I made. The rear bolt is currently drying... The unpainted bolt Have painted the silver parts around the trigger group. The bolt should be ready an in place, within the hour...maybe two as my workspace is occupied by my girlfrind...
  13. I'm stealing your trigger for my pipe build
  14. Its like, please FISD, pimp my blaster
  15. Looking kinda weird, but I actually kinda like it Missing the rear bolt and I forgot to buy materials for the spring!
  16. Hmmm... Interesting approach to it. Might give it a try
  17. Indeed it is, thanks for the reminder, but I think its easier to touch it up with a brush and some boltgun metal, after the black spray. Otherwise it would be hell to try and mask that area off But I will be masking off the bolt.
  18. Ready for the Hammer effect spray. Funny how it looks like the FX(paintball-ish) guns we use for CQC excercise in the army, with all that blue on it....
  19. Hengstler is on as well now and I think it went quite well Still need to replace them hex screws, but think that will have to wait until tomorrow. Maybe...
  20. Made a 20mm rail, and I actually like it
  21. Thanks. I had measured the outsides of the rear iron sight and that was 15mm, but the rear foot of the scope is 20mm. Might as well make one of each to see what looks the best.
  22. Oh yeah, what is more correct for the rail. 15mm or 20mm?
  23. The result after my trip to the hardware store. Wasnt sure wich width the scope rail should be, so I bought a 15mm and a 20mm aluminium bars. They are 3mm thick, so they should be able to hold my original M/40 scope. The long L-shaped aluminium bar is for the hengstler bracket. It cost next to nothing and is already bent. Alot of exces material though A question. As you can see i have bought two different hammer efect spray paint. I would like to use the silver paint first, and then apply a coat of regular black spray. Whadda you guys think? Should I go this way, or will the black hammer effect paint work beter?
  24. Thanks, but I know I'm kind of a veteran model builder(a lot of Forgeworld models) so I know how important it is to have clean surfaces before assembly But I have been out getting supplies now, and will continue the build right after dinner Only thing i forgot to get was a suitable spring, but maybe I'll just use an old airsoft spring. they are a bit slender though, but will work for now.
