  1. Very cool blaster there Felix! Nothing better than a real demilled Sterling conversion
  2. The price is hilarious. Not to mention ludicrous.

    My kid as a Jawa

Very cool, he seems to have a lot of fun
  9. I like my prop replicas to be as accurate as possible to screen used. So I love their bumps and warps there. I like the way that these armors, helmets and weapons (and studio scale, and other props too) were made back then, not idealized like CGI. I know in the real universe a Stormtrooper armor and helmet would be perfect, but I like mine like it was back then. Though with materials I'd go with acrylic capped ABS instead of simple ABS to last longer without yellowing - it's like when you restore an old classic car, but add new types of brakes to go with the safety regulations. I also don't like helmets to have that weathering with peeling/chipped paint from how the original helmets look now after long years.
  10. It is not Marv agaist Gino here. It is Gino and his proof alone. Nothing else.
  11. I'd say for with RS Props Masters for ANH and even ESB, and CfO for ROTJ. Simple
  12. That is your opinion, and you are entitled to it. Doesn't mean we should buy that because you or others think they are the best. We need proof. As Locitus said: "conclusive proof his track are the closest to the EE-3 and that the track on it is identical to the tracks on other props". I own both Gino and Marv t-tracks as well. And Gino only showed us this photo. I'm glad you like Gino, but this is not about liking him, but about how really accurate are his t-tracks and where is the proof.
  13. The M38A2 has that extra part ring on it, which when removed lets a groove there, which is not accurate. You can fill that though and make it look like a regular M38
  14. And unfortunately for us, that is all what he shows... No offense to anyone but I know I need more than just words.
  15. I know Gino is one of the best salesmen out there, he could sell a fridge to a polar bear. I'd like that proof as well
  16. The MR T-tracks are made of plastic, and of course they are a bit idealized, in fact it may be the most idealized part of the blaster. But I'm quite sure the dimensions for the t-tracks themselves are good to the original screen used prop MR had in hand when they made this blaster. I own both Gino and Marv t-tracks, and I prefer the latter.
  17. The funny thing is the Master Replicas Stormtrooper blaster t-tracks are a bit different from Gino's and we know the MR E-11 is very accurate and MR did it to the highest attention to detail.
  18. Exactly. Gino's T-tracks are way too expensive for just copies, and the way he wants to be paid doesn't inspire me as an international customer confidence. Marv has fantastic T-tracks, and are real, not fan made, Andy will make the best cyliders out there, and from time to time you can get real M38/M40 scopes and even real Hengstlers for good prices if you are patient. Sometimes you can go for a M38 A2 too and simply modify it by filling the middle groove. Good luck
  19. What about acrylica capped ABS? Will it protect better from yellowing? On various ABS sites it says it does.
  20. AWESOME!!! Please Andy I'd like the uber-capacitors at extra cost as well too
  21. Just received an email from Jez, it seems it is a glitch, he asked admins to look into it, I'm sure it wil lbe fixed.
