  1. Thanks, Vern! Yes, the straps are over an inch wide. I never thought to measure them since they looked proportionate. I was more concerned with the belt width. lol. I can cut them down if they are an issue. For the knee rivets, the CRL just says "may have", so I decided to leave them out like ANH knees. I'll probably end up adding them.

  3. LOL! I hate when that happens!
  4. Thanks, Frank! Now to do some touch-ups for EIB.
  5. Approved! Thanks, Sskunky!
  6. Looks good. I think I'll have to do something similar for mine.
  7. Where did you get your inner drop boxes from?
  8. Sent my submission pics in.
  9. Wow. Those are terrible...
  10. Happy Thanksgiving, my awesome FISD friends!
  11. Did some more work on it and I think its about ready for approval. Just noticed I had my undershirt on backwards! Doh!
  12. Thanks guys. I actually do have the thin elastic on the inside of the shoulder bells, it's just hard to see. I think I may need to tighten them a bit, as well as connect the bells to the biceps. The biceps keep wiggling around to the front. I also have a bit of foam in the bells to give them that ROTJ look. I'll work in the eyes a bit more too, especially since they are so hard to see through at the moment. This was my first full test fitting do ill probably trim a few more things just a bit and add some foam to spots that are biting me.
  13. This is a CFO kit I have been working on for about two weeks now. Let me know what you guys think. Helmet- The ears are just glued on, since they have no screws in them like ANH & ESB. The helmet has bubble lenses that are really hard to see through. I might end up switching them out. I dunno. Instead of an accurate hard-hat liner, I decided to put military helmet padding in there since I had some sitting around. The hand plates are the same as ESB or Snowtroopers. I dig em. The arms & legs didn't need cover strips, so they were easy to put together. The chest, back, butt, and cod all have the ROTJ white trim. The boots are TK boots with the soles painted white. The ROTJ belt is a hard-to-find nylon material that I was lucky to get from CFO. The blaster is a Hyperfirm with d-rings added. I'm going to work on the thermal detinator some more. I don't like how it turned out. Weird, upside down ROTJ details. Test fitting All suited up.
  14. No. They have not perfected their hats yet. Just get a Museum Replica hat & you'll be good to go. They also make the updated officer uniforms in whatever color you want (remember gray is useless, so don't choose that one) you just have to let them know. They have been very helpful working with us.
  15. Slave five might have one left. I can't remember if he sold the last one, but I got one of his last ones to be made & it rocks!
  16. Yep. Should still be the same mods. I can't really think of anything else you'd want to do to alter it anyway, except maybe add an S-trim.
  17. Remember, they might look a little odd going on there because they are not perfectly symmetrical like we might expect them to be. Just take your time & look at the reference pics a lot. Thats all I really did with mine.
  18. The only real difference is the way they are joined together as you have mentioned.
  19. Cool! Thanks, guys.
  20. I just got my holster for my ROTJ build & was wondering if the length of the two attachment straps from below the belt to the top of the holster made any difference. Right now my straps are the same length as the ones we can see in ANH, but I've noticed in ROTJ, they seem to be quite a bit longer. Would this possibly be an issue for say, EIB, or Centurion? I'm fairly short, and can appreciate having shorter straps, so my blaster isn't down to my knees.
  21. Looks awesome! I'm working on my CFO right now. Just finished the bucket last night. I got one of the last hyperfirms too. Such an awesome blaster!!! ROTJ for the win!
  22. Really? I was pretty sure they were just smooth gloves all over.
