  1. Thank you, Sir! Yeah, I thought that too about the knee plate, as I wasn't sure about the ROTJ build, but after researching it more, it seems they had them. Perhaps something to add to the CRL. lol. And yeah, I spilled a bit of glue on my TD. I'll be taking a bit of goo-gone to that soon.
  2. Thanks guys, for all the positive feedback. Hopefully, there are no worries with the holster. I can fix that if need be. TK-5955 standing by.
  3. I think the one's Sskunky sells with the CFO kit would possibly work as well.
  4. Oh yes. I had to burn it with a lighter to seal the threading. It's kinda seared on the oposote side, but it keeps it from unraveling. Lol.
  5. My belt is 2 & 1/2 inches wide. I trimmed it down to match the CRL and its a woven nylon material. So it should be good.
  6. Thanks, Vern! Yes, the straps are over an inch wide. I never thought to measure them since they looked proportionate. I was more concerned with the belt width. lol. I can cut them down if they are an issue. For the knee rivets, the CRL just says "may have", so I decided to leave them out like ANH knees. I'll probably end up adding them.

  8. Thanks, Frank! Now to do some touch-ups for EIB.
  9. lol. Yeah man. Blood was drawn. Great troop though!
  10. Yep. It's a good bit different from real TK armor. It's well-made, but there's no way it would be accepted under any CRL. LOL... FYI-I was the only real ROTJ trooper there. Sorry, Disney boys.
  11. They make their own special blend for their cast members.
  12. Looks good. I think I'll have to do something similar for mine.
  13. Happy Thanksgiving, my awesome FISD friends!
  14. Did some more work on it and I think its about ready for approval. Just noticed I had my undershirt on backwards! Doh!
  15. Thanks guys. I actually do have the thin elastic on the inside of the shoulder bells, it's just hard to see. I think I may need to tighten them a bit, as well as connect the bells to the biceps. The biceps keep wiggling around to the front. I also have a bit of foam in the bells to give them that ROTJ look. I'll work in the eyes a bit more too, especially since they are so hard to see through at the moment. This was my first full test fitting do ill probably trim a few more things just a bit and add some foam to spots that are biting me.
