I know your supposed to have a male snap there but noticed on some guys armor the have the male snap on the outside of the Armor. Is the snap supposed t be facing outside and not inside with the back showing?

Not to steal the thread but I have the same issue here with my torso gap. I glued the shim to the kidney with a but join and shim. Should I have glued it to the front? If you have a remedy for this please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I believe most buy them online but dont remember the name. As for me I buy them from Jo Annes Fabrics. The have the "Dritz" Heavy duty snaps. Also it is good for when they have the 50% off coupons

Sorry if this has been asked before but i could not find anything searching on this. What is a more accurate size/thickness of the wires for an E-11? I can post picks at the moment but wanted a few Opinions on what to use. I do have a few options at the moment( what I have at home lol) which are 1) Cell car charger wire(this seems to be the right width becuase it is a little more thins than normal coled wires)Like this http://www.amazon.com/LG-CU920-Phone-Charger-Vehicle/dp/B001C3TI5W 2) I also have really thin black coiled wire that you usually see attached to a pen in a bank lol(so you dont steal it)Like this http://www.displays2go.com/product.wide.asp?ID=11422 . Wow to cool. I just started this year and still in the building process. I am glad there is helpful people on here. I had my TK about 85-90% completed and then revamped everything from shimming to more trimming and better strapping all thanks to the help I got from here. Heck I never even thought I would own much more than the hasbro that I bought without the doopy doos but now have a scratch built pipe blaster.Now I just need Karins hand garuds and a better than my FX bucket but even thats built to the fullest that I could have made an FX lol. I even find myself lending information that I have came accross and experienced to newer member. Thanks all My FX Helmet lol
