    Mine looked just like your before I used the heat gun on the plate, it made a huge difference, well worth it.

    looks great, one thing that was told to me when I was applying for EIB was to shorten my shoulder bell straps to bring the bells in tighter to the shoulder straps, and I see yours look the same as mine did. Just a recommendation, other wise excellent work looks really good.

    looks great very clean. I did notice one little thing your shoulder straps could move up a bit on the chest plate, that way they will cover the back plate a little better for you, other than that EXCELLENT WORK! nice job and good luck trooper.

    I glued my nylon snap plates directly to the armor using E6000 with out any problems

    I used the nylon webbing for my snap plates and they worked just fine glued with E6000. here is my strapping.

    That is the snap pliers I used for mine worked great. I found my snaps at Menards for a great price.
