Keep you chin up. If you haven't padded your helmet properly your helmet can tilt forward. Not only will it look like you're always looking at the floor but the trim will be closer to the chest then.

Spit is an old divers trick. Too bad spit can smell a bit bad when it dries out. It's easier for divers since it's wet all the time.

And don't wear 100% sealed lenses. Some hot air escapes out of the eyes and prevents some fogging.

The arms are at least definitively not AP because AP comes with two of the same biceps. This one has the tour suit arm added. So it could be (later)TE, TE2, CAP or ATA recast is my guess.
