  1. Good luck!
  2. The accurate helmets are not as small as you might think, it mostly comes down to assembly. In a collection of 10 helmets, both the largest and smallest helmet can be of the same make, just a slightly different assembly. The neck opening changes with the angle of the faceplate for example.
  3. If you have to go with AM, get the light kit and source a different helmet.
  4. Congrats!
  5. You just need to talk to them. Now, I could tell you how but I don't want them to get overflowed with requests, busy as they are. It's certainly not a secret, but I'm not sure they would ship to the US. Besides, they are full for the next run (and each run takes about a year to complete), and as an american you're easier and cheaper off to get a deactivated real sterling. For me, this is awesome because deactivated guns still require license in Sweden, so this is the closest I can get. You on the other hand have a lot better options without having to take my route.
  6. No problem Tom! As long as we don't forget doing it once all is said and done.
  7. Approved! I still think you should have a look at RT-MOD legs though.
  8. Welcome Dennis! I took the liberty of moving and renaming your topic since I think this will mostly be a build thread anyway. Nice to have you here!
  9. Yeah, look here. There's another one on the other side of ab not shown in this angle. ---------
  10. Two snaps in the front works great (and is screen accurate)
  11. I can imagine that being a PITA. However, RT-MOD makes parts for "extra tall" people. And he sells spares.
  12. Nice!
  13. This is after all the Centurion program, and we want you to look fantastic, not just good. If you look at the SWAT-program (our twin) at MEPD you can see some threads going on for multiple pages with debates over the tiniest details.
  14. I'm not saying that the legs will stop you from approval. I'm saying the shoes and belt are. The other things I mentioned are optional fixes that I think would make you look better.
  15. I doubt that, I'm smaller than you are and I don't have any overlap. Maybe you need to trim the neck opening on the chest a little more.
  16. Just shorten your elastic that goes across the shoulders.
  17. As the armour sits today I cannot approve this. The main two points in accordance with the CRL is that your boots are not scuffed, and your ab belt does not have it's corners at 45 degree angles. The hard truth however, is that you are simply too big for the legs and arms of a ATA-kit. You would benefit immensely from RT-parts. Especially the shins and thighs. I also don't agree on the above advice about pushing up the forearms. You have long arms, push the biceps down lower instead. A last notion is that while there's nothing in the CRL mentioning it, you have the knee ammo belt riveted too high up the thigh. The rivet is supposed to go into the ridge on the bottom of the thigh, not above it. A common mistake unfortunately. It pains me to tell you this, but it's a part of my staff duties, and I hope it does not make you feel bad. Except for replacing the lags (and maybe arms) which is just something I recommend down the line, it should be quick and easy fixes. All the best, Mathias
  18. Some of the makers recommended by FISD offer pre-trimmed or assembled/made to measure for an additional fee. Contact the sellers to see get a quote and what services they offer.
  19. Oops! My bad. Either way, it's fixed now.
  20. You're going to get a FISD kudos for being the first ROTJ Centurion.
