Maybe you can use some epoxy clay or similar to cover up the screw heads, and then paint over the clay to hide it. Should be fairly non-intrusive to the gun itself.

Created as in made the suits used yes. Not created as in designed and invented. He was just hired to run the vac forming machine. Also, it's not the original moulds he's using since he is missing a lot of important details seen on the original suits. But we've had this discussion countless of times on the forum. Go search for some of those for the longer story. Go with RS Props. It's the closest you will get.

If you want better T-track we have some guys here who sell them. You don't need to modify anything to use them as they can held on using just friction.

The PVC is more brilliant white, but the anovos helmet is itself ABS. I would go for ABS myself based on what I've seen from the two materials.
