Lack of detail in the CRL doesn't make it wrong, but maybe a bit misleading for those who fail do their own research. CRL's are guidelines, not paint-by-numbers complete how-to's.
Walt spoke to me about where he got his moulds from and as it sits now I would be uncomfortable with adding him to the list. Now this doesn't speak about the quality itself but it's less than ideal for the list.

Grenades can look a lot of different ways.
And no, it's not any O2 thingy. R2-D2 uses a clonetrooper version to blow up some stuff in an episode of the clone wars. That makes it canon that it's a grenade (thermal detonator).
Yes, we don't care who built the armour as long as it looks good enough on the wearer. Plenty of people buy pre-built armour from TM, RS, CFO and the like, and that's usually the whole kit, not just the helmet.
