  1. I agree on the shoulder bells. but that is not necessary for EIB. Easy pass!
  2. Sorry for the delay. I have been busy with work. I'm satisfied with the results and you are approved!
  3. New members only, as it always has been. That does not mean however that you should be discouraged from making them anyway in order to keep up to date.
  4. As a first version it should focus on the slim men seen in the concept art. If Kev wants to further develop different sizes that's fine. I'm sure that Kev made up his own mind on how many different versions he wants to make. But I am very keen on seeing a "true to concept" version first, and that is a slim version. Other versions could come later due time.
  5. Something to request in the newsletter, perhaps?
  6. Looking good! A new set of suited up pictures will help me see the overall look, if you don't mind.
  7. Enjoy your cruise!
  8. 1 inch = 25.4 mm 1/8th = 25.4/8 = 3.175 mm 20 mm / 3.175 = 6.29/8th of an inch 15 mm / 3.175 = 4.72/8th of an inch
  9. I am not discussing. I am telling. Thread locked.
  10. The armour on the right is AA from the LFL archive pictures that TE took before the US court case. It shows AA recast reverse-engineered TE armour (which in turn was ROTJ "recast" made to look more like ANH).
  11. Loosing 249 out of some 250 claims in the case in the EU is not what I call winning. The only thing he "won" was ability to keep selling. Every other claim was lost by him. ----------------

    armor good?

Wow, that is some fugly armour...
  13. Here you go: http://www.whitearmor.net/eib/certificates/19191-centurion.png
  14. Poor quality recast at a high cost. Any other kit recommended by FISD is a better deal. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk HD

  16. If you connect the chest to the ab, and the back to the kidney you won't need suspenders at all. Don't worry too much about the little elastic around the shoulder bridge. It's like that to most of us.
  17. You should consider abandoning the suspender system and let everything rest on the shoulder elastics. Especially if you want to go above basic it will help making you "look the part". It is really comfortable once you have it setup to your size. Blaster is required even for EIB.
  18. Your pictures don't show, but if you haven't already, make sure to add some elastic with snaps inside the torso between the ab and chest (I put mine right below the "boobies" inside the chest, and at the top of the ab) and strap those to together. It'll help with keeping the chest in place when you move. Good luck
  19. Hehe, well as much as you are comfortable with anyway.
  20. That is true. But you still want minimal gap in the back. You might be able to lift the ab and crotch a little higher to bring up the whole front torso.
  21. No they are not the same model. And we have some really nice pictures in our gallery to compare with (mostly thanks to TM). http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/gallery/album/20-boots-original-brand/
  22. With your sides you do not need to worry about taking off a a few more mm to get a cleaner build. As for the drop boxes, they aren't experiencing a lot of pressure so you shouldn't need washers. I know it's courtesy to use them, but realistically you shouldn't need them. Also consider using the looped elastic while you are at it. And I just noticed the webbing on the shoulders that you might want to replace with elastic as well. It's more comfortable (and accurate), I promise. You might also want to give the curve around the crotch a pass with the sand paper. It looks a little rough.
