Hey ron look no further i can help you go EIB then Centurion i helped TFdarside and i am just getting the last of the stuff i need to finish mine. I would love for the DSg to have three centurions.

Wow looks great i also remember when you first posted with your other armour. You look great i see EIB in your future very easily!

This was a cool event, glad i could bring more people so you ddn't have to do your first troop by yourself.

Great job isaac i knew you could do it right from the start. we went from no EIB in our garrison to three within a few months. We just need to help out the next new guys and maybe some other that need a little tweaking and is willing to do the small things to attain better TK armor.

We finished his armor about two weeks ago, he said he was going to post it on here after he made a few changes. I think he is a little scared how people will react and if he will get his EIB. He is only 19 so i don't think he can take constuctive criticsm and might not put in for EIB. I told him is armor fits him well and just to post it up and ask what if anything needs to be fixed. I can only do so much and it needs more eyes on to find any discrepancy. Thanks cardiac i want to help you get your EIB so we need to get together one of these days!

Ok thanks guys alot of that stuff i told him to change, he has his chest and back to tight and i told him to loosen that up and i also told hime to paint his frown correctly. He is a young guy and doesn't take direction very well so hopefully he takes my advice and now your guys advice. He still needs to finish glueing down his knee to the shin so hopefully that will straighten the plate out. I showed him my armor and then told him what he needs to fix but we live in a totally different city so i have to drive to him to make sure he does the changes before we submit for his EIB. Eit.. wow Bigironvault i just barely noticed that my girlfriend(she is a tb) told me when we were taking pics of him again i showed him what to do but when he did it on his own i guess he never looked to make sure it was straight,also it does look like his thermal det is glued upside down i will let him know about that also.Ii will get him to fix this before he goes for EIB

I helped my buddy put this armor together, trying to get it done and get him his EIB. He is already has a TK but his old one was a mix of FX and AP and he is way to skinny for that one and it was his first and it didn't fit him very well. I am going to post some pics just wanting to see what you guys think and if i should change anything so we can get him submitted for the EIB.

Hey i saw your armour posted on the dsg forums, the armor looks great on you. You did a great job fitting it to your body and like what the other said the two piece helmets are way better than that three piece you got there. Send me a pm and maybe we can get together and i can help you finish up what ever you have left to do.

Looks good isaac maybe next weekend i can go down and see it in person, i finally have the weekends off. I do have drill this weekend but i am available on sat aug 11th if you want me to help you fit your legs a little better.

What i did was get a mm and inches ruler and used the mm to measure how much to cut of of the arms and legs. I am 5'10 and 180 so i cut my arms so the strip was 15 mm and the legs where 20 mm, i measured from the straightedge of the plastic out, so on each side for the arms i had 7.5 mm and the legs 10. so if you add them both up it is 15 mm for the arms and 20 mm for the legs. I just followed whatever piece i was measuring at the time from the top to the bottem so it would be uniform measurement all the way down, then once i cut that part i would use a piece of sand paper on a flat piece of wood and sand the part i just cut, So once you are done with lets say your forearm on both side i would cut a inside piece and then glue one side on, then once it dried i would glue the other side on and keep this up until you are done. Just be careful if you are a bigger or smaller guy these measurements might not work. Always cut a little off at a time and always tape the two pieces together and check the fit on your body.

Chest looks alot better, looks like you need some snaps on your shoulder straps and the white elastic so it doesn't pull down and make your shoulder bells drop down. I am going up to phx on tuesday if you want me to stop by and help you out, since we can't get together this weekend.

I have been on many different forums and this one is by far the best, everybody is willing to help the new guy and we all get along very well. I also love to help future troopers and i love it when we get older member to get nerw armor and try to make there better. I do notice though that alot of the new people come here first and try to get as much info as they can before they start there build.

Apply for EIB bro you look great, maybe show a couple more close up pics but other than that the Am armour fits you great. You did a very good putting it together and fitting it to your body. Edit i just noticed you were doing a hero version nice, the only thing i see and it is very minor is that the chest can come down a little bit and the back needs to come up or maybe trim a little off the bottem and remake a return edge. if you are only going for 501st then no worries but if you are doing EIB i would try to change that.

It looks like we need to adjust the chest and back, i think you need to bring the chest down some and the back up some, also the shoulder need to be brought up more and we need to trim the biceps and bring those up just a little bit more. Looks good other than that, if you have next sat and sunday off we can work on this and get you strapped up.

Yeah trim it down to about half a inch and then we will see from there, are you going to Tims house this sat if so bring them over and a thigh and then we can size it up and you can finish it on your own.

Hey Isaac after i get my settlement from my car accident and get another ride i can head down your way and we can do alot more. If you wait we can start on your shins and then the ab and kidney, once we get that done then we can start on the chest and back. Then we can save the legs for last and then get it all strapped up. i figure we can get it done in a couple of months if we can get together to both work on it. Once i show you how to do it on one side then you can mimic that on the other side. I want to try and get this done so you can go to PCC.

Wow Sparrow very good attention to detail, i wish more TK in the 501st would do a 1/4 of the work you put into yours. Once you put in for your EIB it should be a easy pass, looking forward to another EIB brother in arms.
