    Neck Seals

Mine is a mantel and I have turtle neck (cold weather) Under Armor so I can't tuck it in.
  2. The AM knee belt does not lend well to the heat gun trick, it's just not long enough...
  3. I use hotglue, but I've scratched the crap out of my left lense and now am replacing it... I regret glueing...
  4. EWOKS ARE DROP BEARS!!?!!!!
  5. Here's my iphone carrier pouch I made on the inside of my ab plate. Eric has one too, but his bottom slip came out, we need to replace it. I'm using the iphone to take pictures, so i put a placeholder in there to show how it goes in. And for not canon events all my other stuff (Money, Keys, Credit Card, Drivers License) I put in this bad boy (not really applicable for TK) It goes on my belt right before my ammo packs. Nice thing about it is it snaps shut.
  6. AP is cast from all the right side parts (I think, i know my right shin fits a lot better then my left shin) of armor so yes, it's asymmetrical.
  7. Not my idea, I just perfected it ;p Sucks I don't wear drops anymore, thought my little bandage case works well and looks like it belongs. Holds what I need.
  8. I'm actually thinking about fitting my bucket with a small GPS receiver for just this reason. After you spend $800-$2000 on a suit what's another $100-150 on a nice miniature tracking device ;p
  9. A lot of people that do armor are also into other movie props, some of my garrison brothers in texas that I meet at all-con that had a a lot of costumes... They had 2-3 star wars outfits each, firefly outfits, vault (fallout3) outfits with custom made pip-boys. It's crazy what some of these guys can do when they pool resources and knowledge... Wish we had more members in Tulsa. You also get to go to 501st after parties at conventions!... which apparently can be a fair amount of drama (Looking at you all-con)

Thx, I figured even TD should try to keep their armor clean so I felt a light weather was appropriate. + I'm more of a city boy, I stay out of the sandstorms.

Pictures: (And yes, I know my shoulder is to far into my bell, my spotter did not fix it during the shoot and was fired.)

  14. Yap, I have a s***load of spare if any ones in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area -- I'll also be at AllCon in Dallas, Texas on the 12th-14th if any one needs some I'll have some there.
  15. I'm seeing a lot of people still using tiny pics and having literally tiny pics on the site due to the stupid system they have on tinypics. Use imgur.com! It's free, and he does not have bandwith limits!
  16. I don't think he'd be an SL (he's not a sith, just has trained with a lightsaber.) I would imagen he's a DZ.
  17. This Grievous is amazing, he can even sit down! And he SINGS!
  18. I'm looking into weighted feet with actual parts that go into the shoes.
  19. When it's done ;p -- I am thinking about using that tutorials hand method though, wire would be a lot easier then what I'm doing.
  20. PVC is cheap, but joints and building possible joints is not =( Problem with his is that it requires the feet to be drilled out of your shoes. I'm trying to work out a balancing system so you can do some sweet poses, whether it works out is another story ;p
  21. Slow, I'm trying to figure out a way to have it possible like a normal human body with out raising the cost to much (ball joints, moving fingers, etc) also plan to color code the pieces for easy assembly. Slow process to get right. All whilst keeping it's balance ;p
  22. You can probably do your own with out movable poses for under $40 (shipping is one of the most expensive part of the kit I'm working on.)
  23. If you cover your face how do you get the booze in?!
