Thank you all for the feedback! It helps tremendously! Belt cuts and cleanup are done. I thought I might share how it came out. I will be moving on to the thigh pieces to fill in the small gap on the back side with white sugru next. I'll post here if I have any other questions on those.

Hi everyone, Newly cleared ESB TK, directed to this site via a fellow trooper. Based in UK and proud member of Imperial West Midlands Squad in the UKG. Already been deployed on a secret mission (NDA’s in operation!) and did my first official troop last weekend so armour well and truly broken in! 😜 Here I am getting branded!

Ha, thanks Glen. Today we finally get to the armor. Not sure how it is going to look like, just playing with a few ideas. To build some tension, I will start at the bottom and work my way upwards… Inspired by the Magma Trooper: Inspired by Captain Rex: Inspired by Sergeant Kreel: That wire will end either in the hole of the TK back plate, or in a back pack.
