E6000 is pretty strong once dried (usually leave at least 24hrs). For the shoulder straps not a problem but for other strapping on armor I would suggest using snaps and plates glued on with elastic attached to those, I've had a couple of straps stretch over time and it's easy to change them out with snaps attached

Big brown box day tomorrow! I meant to have my holster and neck seal done before bbb day. . . . Oops! I'm going to see what I can do with the holster this morning, before I leave for a troop as Leia. Maybe I'll do the leather stitching in the car. . . . Or in the car tomorrow on my way to pick up the box! Fortunately, my husband and a friend were up for the road trip. You're good to go, nothing to worry about. I'm an ANOVOS Centurion and you will see very slight differences in shades of white between different troopers but that's fine.

As noted, it's a GML call but I would not approve these in my garrison as GML, at least, for the reasons Glen cited.

Hey Charlie the return edge on the forearms is not a requirement, as a matter of fact on the wrist side it's mandatory you remove it for the Centurion level. If you're afraid of removing too much than remove a little at a time. The amount of space in the center especially, is normal. Depending on the thickness of your arm you may need to add foam to help keep it centered on your arm. Hope this helps

Upper body strapping. Permanently attached on back, dual snaps on front. A "V" made from two 1" webbing straps from the shoulder bridge to the bells. 2" webbing from the inside of the bicep to inside of the bell, E6000 permanently attached. Cody for scale. Shoulder bell padding. Just enough to get the "float" visible in the animation. closeup of 2" webbing from bicep to bell. I tried snaps here first, but they kept failing. This also makes the indents line up better and much more easily.l

Since I ordered the "unfinished" kit, I have about 40 + hours into this bad-boy. This includes sanding, filling, dremeling gluing painting, etc. As you can see I took an"artistic license" with a few of the pieces to say the least, lol. Since the insides (cannister/vertical tube inserts) cannot be seen unless removed, I figured what the heck. All that's left to do at this point is to do some touch-up painting, attach a hose to the "mouthpiece" and secure the back on. http://i.imgur.com/BJrb7GH.jpg?1 ---------

Was introduced to Ross just over a year ago by a long term member of the UKG. From the off, communication was excellent and I was kept informed of delivery times etc and even after receiving the kit, Ross was always just a message away for any assistance. The kit itself (1.5mm ABS) is brilliant and the details are sharp. It's easy to work with, even for a novice, with the trim lines clearly marked in the moulding. Ross is extremely knowledgeable and was always happy to offer tips or advice as whenever needed. I ordered the neck seal and canvas for the belt from Ross too. Again, no complaints whatsoever on that score either. As for wearing the kit on troops.... well.... it certainly stands up to some punishment. Having been unlucky enough to take a tumble and hitting the ground like a sack of spuds, the kit took zero damage and is still intact. This surprised those that saw the tumble. Ross. As you know, I love your armour! I purchased a kit from Ross mid last year, it arrived in no time! Communication and customer service is at the top of his list. I guess he knows the anxiety involved when you lay money out and wonder not only what you're going to get, but if, and when. You will not be disappointed! I personally would, have, and still do, recommend that if you are going to buy any armour, from anyone, get it from Ross. Not only does he produce a high quality kit, he will always be there to answer any questions and support you in your build. There are tutorial videos he has produced in order to ease the build process. I would strongly recommend Ross as your new vendor. Thanks! I went into my build with Centurion in mind, so making sure things were as close to EIB as I could be as I put things together helped a ton. Plus, it meant one set of pics for both!
