BEAUTIFUL work sir. I didn't quite have things lined up with my image above. Very happy to see you have the 10 openings. I need to print your bucket. :TKHeart:

I sliced my Nico helmet teeth on the inside of the bucket to have about that same edge that you designed yours to use.

Thank you! Yeah, cutting, filling and finishing those so they are rounded off and have lengths that are similar is a lot of work! lol

But yeah, the number of teeth, the cheek tubes penetrating into the chin, the indents where the tears and traps lie, and adding alignment/attachment features were my main goals in the mod, everything else was just kind of extra as I had discussions with another R1TK obsessed costumer along the way

In case not already finalized I would like to throw my hat in the ring for CRL model :salute:

I have a few things left to do still but you´ll get the gist.

The “ear” bars are gray or painted gray, with the largest bar oval cutout painted black.

The cut out is a recess and the black is just a shadow on the RI helmets. Can’t use Imgur on the phone so will edit this when I get home and use a PC. Unless someone else can upload some nice ear-shots of the helmet :duim:

Well, photos are crap as it didn´t go to plan but....perhaps good enough to show if my suit is CRL worthy or not.

Looks fabulous Daniel!

Use the R1 CRL for ran image guide, and please start, if you haven't already, getting all the individual pieces photographed for the CRL

I followed the R1 to the letter ( well...if you don`t count the extra helmet pic that is:P) and I suggest using the pics for neckseal, undersuit and gloves from that CRL.

I tried to upload the whole album but no joy, only the link seem to work. Let me know if I should upload individual pics:salute: And, no full-suit pics yet as I didn`t have any help at the moment.

Thanks Daniel.

I've had a quick look and they look good.

Chris will also go over them to make sure we have all we need, then we can start removing the background in prep for the CRL.

The only thing I reacted on was the belt pic, the drop boxes gets hidden by the cloth a little bit!

@TheSwede Certainly looks like a good start. Hard to tell some of it with out the detail images. One thing is it looks like it could use more weathering (which is a rare statement if ever there was one) but that may just be lighting and the close ups will show it's fine. Maybe have a look at the bandages/ribbons to make them slightly less uniform, check the reference first though.

If you look at the album you’ll see the weathering is on point and regarding the ribbons I would say they are also on point when you check the references, there are ex of ”sloppy joes” and also ”neatly ones” :)

Album images certainly show more detail in the weathering.

That is washed out a little in the front and rear images due to bright lighting.

We shall see how the belt image looks once removed from the background, but the bottom of the drop boxes are concealed a little.

Once cut out, we'll let you know Daniel, but I feel we have a nice set of images to work with.

Sorry I didn't see an album, only what was on the thread. Where was it linked?

Sorry Daniel, been away at sea on a cruise and only just got back today.

I'm a bit under the weather but will get on to this shortly.

My daughter was having emergency surgery.

Hope it went well. But it’s not like I could have known.
