A pretty short trooper

WEELL I haven't really done much with my armor the past few days, mostly out of fear I guess ? Anyway, I asked a lot of people on Facebook about this and...I GUESS my right shin is correct? I just want to be absolutely sure before I start trimming anythingf4aba119195a8aa0a10ea3ac118be6f1.jpg&key=a354cea25ca19b88b8578ad7640b2229cda77e0f850d2939be0067515d69af0c026c966c9ea6cb36b69f9afd2375caf3.jpg&key=4c546ebdea77760016c3f3c2ff0115601acde3fa9b2527b09e491ef6b8b554a449d3ea013ff682b47fead2fe86c5987e.jpg&key=fd67ba8094050ad9ee4c29972731810b684a3bff6890b11cff7a84265d6e1b4b

Yes that would be your right shin, but you seem to have it on your left leg.

Well as long as you have the fronts measured properly for strips you should be able to glue them. You'll be trimming from the back. However you may need to shorten them a little too. Seems they're almost covering your knee cap, but could be the photo.

Yeah, it's up there quite a bit, can't bend my knee hardly at all. I'm thinking about trimming maybe half an inch or so and seeing what that'll do

Yeah i think that would be good, but do it small increments from the ankle. Use a pencil and chopstick for marking your line.

Quick update before I start trimming! I I drew guidelines for myself on the bottoms of the shins. I was told to follow the curve, so I drew out the curve. I'm thinking cutting half an inch off and then seeing if it fits okay. Would I just cut along the line I marked?68c7bcc5624db76db997be40c105f11c.jpg

Yeah basically that's all you would do, but as I said earlier small increments would be best. Yeah it goes slower, but you won't go too short.

Cut off about 1/4 of an inch on the bottom of my shins. Though, considering I still can't bend my knee in it very well, I'm thinking I'll have to trim just a little bit more. Also, geez, how do you all align your pieces to tape them? The pieces keep shifting a0341a67c1ece3defcd91c7276b18ee6.jpg29082ca73c1894ad81280bcda55d9497.jpg
