I bought all three Novus polishes to take care of dem scratches.

I think all you need is one, but better safe than sorry... Doubt you'll get any scratches while trooping... I think most scratches come from the trimming.

Mesh in, lenses cut, I also inserted a eva foam head guard

The mesh was mounted using some superglue and 2 sided mounting foam tape

I would have superglued Velcro the Eva foam, and then stuck Velcro where I wanted the foam to be placed... Makes it easier if you don't want it in there, to remove later.

I also bought the right Black Coal Satin Humbrol paint for the frown on Saturday

Note to all I bought this epoxy putty, sugru works as well but this is what I used to install my posts. I'll be adding it to my hardware list because it works amazingly. After it sets it can be tapped, drilled and sanded to your liking. It also accepts paint well!

I scraped out the foam, and epoxy puttyed the lenses in works great! I also ripped out the current mesh and added industrial velcro that needs to be cleaned up a bit... But now I have removeable mesh behind the frown. More pics on the way

Eye sockets need sanding to be more round... now You guys can really see that battle scar up the face...  Thank god I bought that Novus
