One more ROTJ TK for Germany and the Empire :)

If you're afraid to trim to much,

heat it up carefully an press it flat.

I had to do that, too, on one thigh.

Ok I, did you use a normal hair-dryer oder an industrial blower?

what you want to do is taper the thigh armor so that you don't have too much of a gap at the knee. (something like a church bell is not what you want it to look like)   I have large thighs as well and this, next to the ears was the most difficult part for my build.

I will work on that point this weekend, I try to align the tights a bit. Before cluing I will post some pictures to crosscheck it with you  guys :)

You've got better organization than when I first started! And I just wanted to say, "Everything is awesome!"

Thx a lot, I tried to be prepared as good as I can.

Cheers

Chris

Make sure you stir the satin finish well - I found all the matting agent on the bottom after I did the frown and vocoder - was way too glossy.

Cool!

You're nearly done with the helmet.

@Sly oh Munich, my capital city :)

Not to hijack this thread, but. I used to live in Bad Aibling, my aunt was in Rosenheim. Bayrisher to the core.

Great work on the helmet!

Minga is a super Stodt! (Munich is a beautiful city).

Thx a lot :)

To hold the lenses in place, what works best? I would try it with hotglue, is this ok or any other suggestions?

I did it with hotglue, but someone once told me that hotglue is not a good to the abs.

If your glue is very hot and you put on a lot of it without outside support it can warp the plastic.

Oh that was it!

Thank you :)

So I guess, if you are carefull you can use hotglue?

Be careful, and if you can, put something cold like a bag of ice cubes on the outside to keep the plastic cool.
