It looks good to me, but my bucket was built by Mark, so I'm not an expert :)

How did you go with the front gluing- when I clamp the front the sides are separating.

Good question :) I clambed the sides first than I put the front together with the magnets, but I did nod use many glue on the front directly (only on the upper part of the front because of the gap which result from the thickness of the brow)

If everything fit together I add some glue on the edges on the inside of the helmet. I took a picture of Mark (hope that is ok for you) to show you where I put the glue on (red line)

Sry for my english, german would be much easier to explain it :) Is it clear to you?

Clear as mud! All good mate - so do you still have a gap at the front under the brow?

Yes I have a gap. It was impossible to glue the parts together without a small gap between.

......in the meantime I tried to trimm the first piece. I am not sure but I think i choose the hardest peace, the chest plate. I am a bit uncertain about the trimming. I compared it with Mark´s trimming guide and some reference pictures, but I am still not sure how to trimm. :(

Can you check if I am on the wrong way.

HI mate - In the CRL for ROTJ it mentions the frown is painted black. I've also attached a link to a forum that shows colours for the rest of the build - http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/8117-helmet-ab-paint-detail-reference-guide/

It may be for a different model but may help.

Thx mate.

CRL says  frown and Vocoder painted black, so they do not take care if it is painted glossy, matt oder semi gloss black? Compared to Marks suit one starwarshelmet.com it looks like that he used a semi gloss black for Vocoder and frown . What do you think?
