Turtle84
Ok, I know I saw this item somewhere floating around on the forums I just cannot remember where. I saw these little pins that are used with manilla envelopes. They are goldish in color and straight. However they have two prongs and each prong bends. I am looking around town for them but have been unsuccessful at the moment. I was thinking about looking online but obviously I would need to know what they are called first. Thanks

Turtle84
Great thanks guys. Unfortunately there isn't an office depot around Allegany County. Walmart would be my best bet. Closest one has to be about an hour away.
TK_LEPER
Staples, Meijer, Target, Walmart ... you get them in the Office section.
tkRyno
What are these used for?
TrooperVenger
You mean split pins that are use to attach pieces of paper together/ Like in school?
BananoPower22[TK]
and which is the correct size for them?
tkrestonva[TK]
They are used on the left side of the torso, to join the ab and kidney plate per Centurion requirements. Actual split rivets are both sturdier and screen-accurate, but these are "close enough" and much easier to find. Mine are 3.8" diameter head with 1" legs, exactly as the Staples link Andy provided - with a white coat of paint on them.
bobojuice
I have some pretty nice split rivets I can send your way. PM me with your info and I'll try to get them to you.
TK-4510[501st]
Which is more accurate 1/2 inch or 3/8?? 3/8 seems a little big. Do you have any screen shots???
troopermaster
Do you mean the head size? I have found the correct rivets but I can't remember the exact size off the top of my head. I can measure them tomorrow for you though.
troopermaster
I just checked them and the head size is 5/16".
TK-4510[501st]
Thanks man. All I can find locally are 1/2 inch so they will be close enough. I will keep my eyes peeled for 5/16 though
