  3. If someone buys that scope they would need to remove the band in the middle and fill in where the baand was to make it look like an M38. Andy
  4. Jason, Hi, Welcome to FISD! Could you post some pictures of the armor that you bought from ebay? I wish that you could have asked here before buying from ebay. We can help you with your selection of armor, tips and assembly. There are Master Armor Builders here who can help in your build. Also, can you go over to the new members area and introduce yourself to FISD. Andy

  9. I would go with Lewis's "Hyperfirm" DLT\MG34 http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/19728-fs-hyperfirm-dlt-19-brand-new-mold/page-2 I have both a DLT\MG34 and a ANH E11 from Lewis. I reccommend them! You do not have to worry about accidents, bumps, drops, if someone wants to hold the weapon. Andy

Andy http://www.therpf.com/f9/anh-hero-dl-44-discussion-three-anh-greeblies-found-118186/ http://darkenergycreations.com/currentproject.aspx
  13. From reading on the RPF, about the "Tom Tom" engine part that the Comlink and Grill from the Solo's ANH "DL-44\Mauser". Link I ordered two parts. One plastic and one metal. I have a metal "Grappeling Hook and Box to hold the hook. I wanted to have a accurate ANH Comlink, since I have not seen one offered in a while. I have extra "Hovis" for the mic part. I ordered the parts on Friday and they came in today. Here are the pics. The question I have is, "Does anyone know what type of end cap I need to finish the Comlink?". I took pics of the parts on a cutting mat with measurements to show the size. Andy
  14. I wonder if Sears carries them? From reading in the link. You can return them to Sears if ordered by phone or online from Landsend. The reason is if they do not fit right. Andy
  15. I have both a Size 8 and 9. Both run a little larger. Andy
  16. Brenton, Post some pics of what you are trying to put cover strips on. We can help. Andy
  17. Use "Blue Painters Tape" to wrap the Magnets. This is so they do not chip and to protect the armor from marks left by the magnets. Andy
  18. I Never had an issue with Testors Thinner. When I had to use it to touch up my Helmet, it did not do ant damage. Andy
  19. I have used this. http://www.joann.com/prym-dritz-fray-check-sealant/prd2992/ It worked for me. Andy
  20. E6000 is the way to go! Andy
  21. I bought a Sterling from "Unique Caines" . I just bought the Sterling only. I added the counter, Scope rail, and made the Cylinders myself. Here is a link to my E11 Build Thread. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/12056-my-new-e11-blaster-project/ The only thing plastic on the Sterling is the hand grip. Andy
  22. I bought a Demilled Sterling from Unique Caines. I just bought the Sterling only. I added a real Hengstler 400, A real M40 Scope, Made my own scope rail. and made my own Cylinders. I know that the spring slot and ejector port and barrel is welded shut because of U.S. B.T.A.F. Laws. If you just get the Sterling only and add the rest yourself. Its not that bad. Andy
