Great tip bro!
For those who can't find the Magic Eraser, Automotive rubbing compound (stuff to remove paint scratches) will do, just use sparingly and don't rub too hard

Thanks stephen! Actually there's a black elastic but its hard to see because it sits high on the chest and back plate it's maybe because my speakers are inside my backplate making it a look a bit loose

I have PM'd sir Daetrin a few days ago. I asked him about this question and advised me i should remove the two bottom buttons on my belt. Thanks for the clarification and help sir D!
This is a "Good" neckseal! Not the best, but good enough.. I just had issues on the velcro, on mine the hook side was facing the back of my neck as to outward..ehh, i guess i'm just nitpicking. it really is a good neckseal.
Hello Sirs, I have tried and modified the standard hovi's that came with my AP bucket to make it resemble the accurate ones.
I basically removed the electrical tape, sprayed semi-gloss black. but before that i scratchbuilt the four lines or protrusions with strip styrene that were found on the mic tips sides..
Question is will it be EIB approved..
here are some pics.
As you can see they are attached to my friends MR bucket.. my AP lid will get a pair of stompers hovi's when i'm done
thanks everyone!
Luis
can the ATA armor be rubbed and buffed till it becomes glossy? i know plastic can be rubbed to a shine given the right tools. I was just wondering if you can get away w/o painting the ATA armor.. some fine grit sandpaper and novus polish should do the trick..
thanks eric!

seems you drilled multiple holes on the lower left side of the helmet. i also made those mistakes good thing it was on the faceplate side so it was hidden even without the ears. nice job so far bro! keep us posted with more pics!
