No Keith, dont change ANYTHING. Your mic tips outshine everyone else. I like having that extra bit on the back. Leaves more room to adjust the angle of the tip if needed I think.

I let it cure for a few days before I touch it. Weeks before I would use it. Nope. The tube stripes and decals were supplied by the guy that asked me to build it. He sent them to me.

Well as with all Lucasfilm I wouldnt hold my breath. It may never even happen. I remember Lucasfilm saying that they would release a 3d version of the trilogy and recently they announced that it wasnt going to happen after all. Sometimes George just gets people working on an idea and never uses it. It happens alot with him, I notice.

You can get the paint at Home Depot and I would ALWAYS primer before I paint.

Yep. I cut mine down to about 1/2 inch on both sides then used the strip to cover the seam. know what I mean? I am not 100% sure about the sizes of the strips. I do know that the forearms and biceps are one size and the thighs and calves are another.... Also depends on how big or small you are.

Well if you could see Chris' armor you'd say the helmet is a bit dull in comparison I just got an email from Chris, he wants me to finish it except for the lenses. So stay tuned:)
