  1. You are very welcome
  2. I made the final modifications to my armor this weekend. Now I just need to finish the helmet (extra set of teeth for complete stunt and the hovi's). Snap system for front and rear abs so I can adjust them independently. Shoulder straps velcro over the top (thus no rivet holes): Holster now snaps in place:
  3. I prefer this method as well even with ABS strips, I found this makes a much better snap connection. Also, in some cases I have installed snaps directly into my armor (not just abs strips). All depends on how you are connecting your armor together. A good example, extra ABS pieces for closing the side gap snapped to the front and rear ab.

  5. Mike, Please take some time to view the site, introduce yourself in the newbie question and learn more about the various types, kinds and fits of armor. This is a great hobby that you should research to truly enjoy it. Otherwise you can find armor via auctions in the sky.
  6. Great, thanks Chris
  7. My pleasure
  8. Well due to Cons, work and family I haven't spend the time I wanted to finish my deployment standards update. This afternoon while everyone else was napping, I did make a bit more progress. I upgraded the tube strips on my FX helmet. See pics: New stripes: Old for reference: Updated! Please PM me with any questions.
  9. Coins have first priority, and they should be ready very soon. Once the coin run has completed the next patch will follow. We do have enough interest for another patch, but I don't want multiple pieces of FISD merchandise offered at the same time.
  10. Hi Andrea and Felixx, We are still working out a few kinks since the move.
  11. Not a problem, let us know if you have any questions.
  12. Its a great picture and congrats on being in TIME magazine.
  13. Folks, We are still having some issues with the reloaded FISD, please give us a bit more time.
  14. Adrian, Its against policy to discuss armor builders directly. Please review the sight, make friends (if you haven't already introduce yourself in the newbie section) and go from there. This hobby is more than just buying the parts.
  15. That is some great looking armor. I'm happy to ship you some windex so you can make it look perfect (clean) < no offense to Seth and the MPED of course >
  16. Craig, Let's great. Please post as many progress pics and any learnings you have during your build. Looks great!
  17. Good to see you back online Bernard.
  18. I do like this as a mix of everything... FISD Tantive Deployed FISD Bespin Deployed FISD Endor Deployed
  19. Yeah, ask the tall guys about that one...
  20. I'm with Butah here, its a cool idea but....
  21. Oh, and don't forget it doesn't protect you from primitive Ewok weapons.
  22. Awesome TK photo's!
  23. Butah, Great point, my example was meant to draw upon the usage of Deployed as was generated by MEPD. But, we need three versions for the three movies. The naming convention is what is more relevant, aka "Enforcers", "Security", Elite, etc. Those names will be used versus "Mark." My example to relate those names to what they represents FISD xxx Deployed. Folks please remember that each movie could have its own name representing deployment. MEPD Deployed is specific to the sand troopers being Police Officers of Mos Eisley, hence they are deployed PO's. I have to agree that Elite could have its drawbacks with perception of what we are creating. Let's try and shy away from that. Also anything that sounds like Legion may offend those in the Legion but not TK's.
  24. Max Factor = Storm Troopers?
  25. Well I found the URL if you want to check out the site----------
