    Yes! I have two pieces of ABS placed inside my canvas belt to support the holster and TD. My holster is snapped thru the ABS to provide the strength I wanted. My TD clips onto my belt and sits on the ABS on the backside of my belt. I also have a small strip of ABS that is riveted in place to hold my cuffs.

    TD has the following which a TK does not: - sniper knee plate - different ABS - backpack - pauldron - most importantly DIRT Check out mepd.net for more on the dirty brothers of the TK's.

    Deployment Officer, TK4878 requesting Elite Status: Btw, these pictures where taken from a wedding. Two (I was one) TK's provided "security detail" hence the tuxedo's in the background. Sorry I forgot my E-11, please reference my earlier progress thread for proof pics. Thanks!

    Or padding anything to create shielding between the two. Our resident Armorer can provide more perspective since his Bommar unit has built in shielding with a speaker that is inside the helmet and zero feedback.

    Jay, The mic and speakers are causing the feedback which is very common. Two options: 1. shield the mic/hovi's from the headset 2. external (from helmet) speaker

    Gino, As we discussed, putting it all together is important and necessary. Its even better that we are gathering all parties related to the history to speak as well on the board real time. You should feel good in that we are reaching an entire new generation of people.
