  1. Hi Rick. Great to see your Centurion submission ! I'll need you to update your full body front photo with the ABS belt in the correct position requested by the CRL for L3 please. And as Glen pointed, please add the missing photos . CRL L3: The top of the ABS ammo belt should sit at or just above the bottom of the central and vertical abdomen button panels. Your submission has been added to the processing line
  2. I'm sorry for delaying your review Trooper . We are almost ready to push the approved button Trooper. Just noticed by the D.O. Team that even though your blaster looks great , there are some 3d printing lines still noticeable . This looks like an easy fix by applying some paint filler to the printing lines, sand a bit and paint. Thank you for your effort. CRL L2: 3-D printed blasters can not contain visible print lines, and must be sanded smooth for a more realistic appearance.
  3. Hi, Hanson I'll need you to help me with one detail that need to be fixed before we can place that EIB badge under your name . Looking at the hovi tips on your helmet, I noticed that they look a little fine, more so than what appears on the screen, as you can see bellow in the reference images. This is a CRL Level 2 requirements sir. CRL L2: Correct Aerators/Hovi-MIX tips are present. Screens used shall be of a wide type mesh, with the rim of the mic and the inside white or painted white. Reference Images Here is a technique that has been used to correct this in the past. Using the cap of a hi-lighter and wider mesh from a kitchen strainer Place the mesh over the hovi tip and press in with the cap of the hi-lighter Paint the inside of the hovi tip and rim white (if necessary) Insert the new screens
  4. Hi Trooper, I'm sorry for delaying. I'll be the Do working on your EIB submission. I'll be with you asap. Thank you for your patience
  5. Hi Rick , and thank you for your EIB application! CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of Expert Infantry. Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor, and please keep in mind that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions. You did a great job with the requested fixes trooper, your armor looks really good ! Let's start with your review brother. Looking at your rear armor piece, it looks like perhaps the inner elastic is a little loose making it sticks out. For confort when trooping, You may want to check and make the adjustments. Easy fix.! Reference images Centurion Requirements: In this section we prepare you for our highest tier of approval. Because Centurion photos must show more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Level 3 might be seen there and not here and additional photos may be required. We try to point out all that we can from what we are able to clearly see, but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. CRL L3: The top of the ABS ammo belt should sit at or just above the bottom of the central and vertical abdomen button panels. In looking at the reference images below, we are asking that you raise it a little to at least cover more of the bottom of the ab-button plate(s). Ideally it should touch (or even overlap a bit) the bottom button(s). One tip is to add a piece of velcro behind the ABS belt to keep it in place. Reference Images CRL: End caps are approximately .78" (20mm)in width. It looks like your TD endcaps are wider than references. This is a Basic level CRL line, so we're asking you to check the measures and trim the TD end caps if necessary to reach level 3. Reference Images And that's all Trooper. Congratulations for reaching the EIB Badge. Well done!! Request your EIB Certificate HERE

  11. Hi Chris, nice job with your armor sir. I would recommend to wait till you have reinstalled the sniper knee to the L2-L3 required position an see how much is necessary to trim.

  14. Hi Mike, Great to see your Centurion submission.! I'll be with you as soon as possible. Added to the processing line.
  15. Way to go Chris!! great work with the shoulder bells !. We are really really almost there brother. there's still a L3 requirement pending and I think you could use a piece of Velcro behind the belt to allow it remain in place almost touching the Buttons plate and remember to update the action shot as well with the shoulders fix. CRL L3 : The top of the ABS ammo belt should sit at or just above the bottom of the central and vertical abdomen button panels. Update the Action Shot.
  16. welcome aboard David !
  17. Another Basic Level adjustment we'll need you to make is the Teeth paint . Just remove a little more to match the references. You could use some Non Acetone paint remover and a toothpick to do the job. CRL: "Frown is painted gray and does not leave the teeth area. .." Some references for you.
  18. Hi Rick and thank you for youe IEB submission. One of us will be with you as soon as possible. Mean while , you can go in advance with the TD buttons plate relocation as per the CRL for basic, (JBar's fix advice is a great solution for that) CRL: The white control panel raised ribbed pad faces the rear, with the controls/round washer style detail closest to the right end cap. Reference images
  19. Hi Chris, Glad to read you have been making the fixes and I'm sure you look much better. In order to place that Centurion Badge under your name , I'll need you to make a last effort brother, and that is to update the full body photos , (not only for the records but to avoid confusion on those new builders who come to check the approved submissions). Once you're ready to take the photos, please take care on checking twice the following: 1- Check if you need to shorten the shoulder straps so they can close the gap with the Shoulder bridges. Note the black inner clothes sticking out of the right shoulder bell. CRL L3: There should be a minimal gap between the shoulder armor and the chest/back plates. You could use a piece of Velcro behind the belt to allow it remain in place almost touching the Buttons plate. CRL L3 : The top of the ABS ammo belt should sit at or just above the bottom of the central and vertical abdomen button panels. A common solution for this is to add a dab of E6000 in between the Drop box strap and the ABR Belt the fix it. And you may want to check if you need to longer a bit the strap of the right side drop box CRL L3: Drop boxes are vertically aligned with the end of the ammo belt with minimal gap between belt and box. Thank you for your effort and patience .
  20. Hi Torben, and thank you for your EIB application! Not a deal breaker, but it looks like you may have a bit too much padding in the top of your helmet. It is sitting pretty high and for a much better overall look should sit a lot lower. Reference Images In most of the ANH Stunts seeing on screen, the Brow trim goes a bit high than yours. If you want to keep this Ep4 look, we are suggesting to rise it up a bit. Reference Images You may want to turn the screw a few times to loosen it a little and make the ear look more rounded Reference Images The painting of the ears should cover the entire “raised area”. Just need a painting session Trooper Reference images The ear screws should go aligned with the rear edge of the Traps (it is mentioned just for your consideration as it is a more elaborate setting). Reference Images Moving down to your arms, we noticed that your bicep armor is a bit wide comparing to your body. This is just a matter of carefully remove the rear cover strip and resize the biceps Reference Images Just a dressing issue here, take care to position your TD a little bit lower to the canvas belt level. Reference Images We are suggesting to trim the rounded section of your snipper knee corner to match the screen used ones. Easy fix. As you can see bellow, the arms cover strips have different cut ending compared to the legs ones, you would look better if they match. Finally in this section, just another dressing issue to take care every time you put on your amor and it is to make sure that the rear closure of your calves is correctly adjusted without gaps. Centurion Requirements: In this section we prepare you for our highest tier of approval. Because Centurion photos must show more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Level 3 might be seen there and not here and additional photos may be required. We try to point out all that we can from what we are able to clearly see, but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. We noticed a different gap size in between the caps and center panel of your thermal detonator , you will need to carefully peel off the center panel and relocate it with the correct place with the checked measurement. Reference Image It looks like there are a couple of tears or holes in your canvas belt that need some attention. Reference Images CRL L3: The blaster may have minor weathering or base metal exposure however, T-tracks and grips shall be of a black plastic appearance with no silver/metallic weathering allowed. This is just a painting session to give another coat of black paint to the t-tracks and the grip. Reference Images Your Scope Rail appears to be a little bowed, perhaps due to there being no metal support on the front section as in the reference image. . Reference Image It looks like your E11 blaster has a bit excess of wire , most blaster seen on screen doesn't have them at all, but when present it's less in amount. Reference Images The Hengstler counter looks like angles a bit. You may want to move it to be more straights. Reference Images That's all trooper. We are confident that you can lead with the corrections and take the next step to the higher level. Perhaps, it would look like a lot of work ahead but even the suggestions made can be achieved and doing so, you will look like coming out directly from the movie. Congratulations for your EIB badge !!!
  21. Hi Chris, glad to see your Centurion submission! I'll be with you as soon as possible.
