  1. There is nothing that says you can’t take the whole return edge off. Whatever makes you comfortable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Pretty much take a look at the CRL. See how all the cover strips are straight that’s how it has to be. Then take a look at the shoulder straps and see how on the back it doesn’t touch the box. And see how close the models shoulder bells are to the straps. That’s what your supposed to look like. Your chest looks fine in my opinion and I don’t have boobs so I’m not sure how it feels with them lol. You and I have a different body shape so we aren’t gonna look completely like the CRL model but we need to be as close as possible. As for the helmet if it’s noticeable they might make you paint the whole thing, it’s hard to tell how noticeable it is from the pics. I think if you get it all aligned properly and work on the shoulder bells your gonna be in a good position but in the end your gonna have to impress your GML so I’d reach out to them with some good pics of everything aligned and see what they say about it all. The GML will be the one that approves you so they’ll have final say. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Ok your arms are a bit out of wack. Your shoulders need to come closer to the bridges which might help with mobility. And is there something on the back of the helmet or is it the lighting? The kidney and butt plates need to be re worked so they don’t overlap as much although the belt might help with that. Legs are a bit off as well but that’s a dressing issue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I don’t need a TK Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Time will tell, if all else fails I contact my credit card company and file a complaint and get refunded. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I think quite a few people are interested in seeing if I fail or prevail. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. We are here to help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Totally understandable. I know it’s possible I’m just not familiar with that brand so I’m not sure of any mods but we will do our best to get you 501st approved. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I may have missed this earlier but who is the suit manufacturer? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yea it’s not easy. I’ve seen some people that can’t get their helmet off with shoulders and arms on so it’s not completely uncommon. My shoulders are permanently attached and my biceps have a strap that’s attached with velcro to the inside of the shoulder. I am in no way saying this is the best method cause I’m still messing with it but I need help getting my arms on. The belt thing can be fixed with placement of snaps or velcro to help hold it to the armor then you’d need a hand getting it tight but it would straighten it out. Trust me Garrison guys will be a lot more helpful then your roommates in this case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. We can help a lot here. Once you get some better pics we’ll figure it all out. Are the shoulders connected permanently? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I cut some out of the center then it’s less to pry. It’s just got to sit in there it’s not a weight bearing D ring Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Just went on to the second site I found. Kylo is only $39 there. Already feel ripped off. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. And I cracked didn’t take long. $70 for a Kylo Ren and now I’m thinking I should have gotten the First Order trooper as well. If I lose $70 it’s a bad gamble if I get an approvable costume with little alteration needed then I’m a genius, well TK Weatherford is for bringing this up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I’m a betting man (sometimes), and I’d love to have that Kylo for $70 to add to my collection. I’ve got an empty credit card that’s got a low amount of credit and I use it for these types of things.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Wow I’m sitting here seriously debating on blowing the $35 to give this a try. Even if it’s crap it would be a cool toy for my kids to mess with. Looks like they have two sites, same reviews from the same customers http://www.everyonedays.com/sale/index/details?id=25024156923774&skuid=YXR0cjE9Mnx85bC656CBfHxN Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Shoulders do look small. Get a pic from the front with your arms down and we’ll go from there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. You’ve got a good base going. Why can’t you put your helmet on? What’s holding you up? It looks like your biceps can go up a bit higher, maybe that’ll give you some arm flexibility. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Congrats on BBB. Take deep breaths and read a lot Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Did it with my helmet no issues at all. All my black including the vocoder is sharpie. I’m approved at basic and nobody can tell the difference. I’ve had no issues with any interaction with the grey. Paint the grey, let it dry and use a new sharpie cause it’ll give you the best lines. After the lines dry you can trace it a few more times to darken it up if needed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Got it. That’s gonna be a good question for your GML cause the CRL states there is a black band that wraps around the biceps. Being as low as they are it won’t necessarily wrap around your bicep. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Looks good, I’d throw in that it looks like the biceps need to go up a bit. And out of curiosity what kind of cooling system are you using? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Happy birthday Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
