Movie-Troopers had slim biceps, here´s a good look to aim for They should however be able to move freely up and down so don´t make them too tight.

If wanting to be in keeping with the movie suits a general rule of thumb for the cover strips are: 15-17mm arms 20-22mm thighs and front of shins 25mm back of shins And I just thought I should mention that the screen-used biceps didn´t have any flat joining surface so If you have room to trim them off I suggest you do so for some added ANH-magic Yes. For Centurion they need to be rubber. If you do as Greg mentioned there’s no need for anything else, cotton gloves works a treat in keeping your hands dry

THT And if I can make a few suggestions to go along with that you could consider open up the eyes a bit and extend the paint on the frown for some added ANH-magic EDIT: perhaps also open up the teeth some more and the lines are just a rough guide and even though they go all the way I did not mean for the paint to go all the way - just on the teeth

What´s the head size? If 6mm then yes

I might be mistaken but that looks like a pan head, Anovos usually has that on the bottom screw so I would double-check, if indeed a pan head it work great for the TD

In this review I will ensure that your armor follows the requriments set out in the CRL L2 Expert Infantry Badge and also point out what I can to prepare you for Centurion, should you choose to apply. I hope you do! CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required submission photos have been posted and we are very pleased to announce your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for ANH Stunt Expert Infantry. On behalf of the entire D.O.Team, Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. As we navigate through this review we are going to start with the helmet and work our way down. We start with the left ear and though there are exceptions, for the majority of the Stunt-helmets the ears were assambled with an angle to them as seen by the ref pic. If you can repositioning the ear without damaging the helmet we suggest you do so for a bit of extra ANH magic. We keep focus on the ears and although they are very flush with zero gap we suggest you give them a light shave as they seem a tad thicker than screen used ones. Just something to consider. Looking at the tube stripes and comparing with screen helmets the front stripe should have a bit of a lean forward. Just another one of those small details to look into and it´s a fairly easy fix by adding a stripe with a slight lean to it. We drop down to the thighs and a small dressing issue to keep in mind the next time you are beeing called into action is to even out the gaps as best as possible. The posterior plate seem to be getting ready to ride up over the kidney plate so we suggest you shorten the strapping and that should do the trick in keeping that loose canon in check. Another small dressing issue and easy fix is to raise the right shin to even out the black showing and to double check the closure on the left one before boarding the Tantive IV. That was the last of this EIB Review so we move on to: Centurion Requirements: In this section we prepare you for Centurion. More photos may be requested in the future that allow us to make better decisions on possible adjustment etc. If there are any areas of concern they will be discussed here. Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. Below you will find areas that will need to be adressed for a future succesfull Centurion Application. We start with the Shoulders and as per L3 CRL there should be a minimal gap between the shoulder armor and the chest and back plates. Suggested ways to acheive this would be to tightening the strapping, remove more of the lower return edge on the shoulder bells or it could be as simple as the way you have your arms. Next we have the ab buttons and the CRL states: no separate buttons are allowed so we need those changed for Centurion. We move on the the sides and as per CRL, ideally there´s no gap between the ab and kidney and by the looks of things a simple strapping adjustment will sort this right out. And that´s it! Again congratulations - head on out and serve proudly as the Empire´s newest Expert Infantry man

OK, the CRL was written before that info got known and the CRL pic has abs-pasted the seam. If you do as Q suggested you have a strong case in getting approval. Hopefully there will be a new wording were both are acceptable - ab boxes are flush to the abdomen with or without a visible seam - or something similar so you can go either way, screen accurate or idealised. Atleast I think so.

Not sure I fully understand the issue but this D.O team har yet to receive an FOTK application for EIB or Centurion and for what it´s worth I have an EIB cleared FOTK (would be Centurion if I had received the latex gaskets)

Hi again Darrell While waiting on the TD screws and additional photos I started to look over the other photos and it looks like the cover strip on the left thigh is going over the ridges at the bottom. If in fact so you will need to trim it to match the reference image

If you want to play it safe with the screws then just PM Joseph (justjoseph63) and he’ll sort you out (I’m guessing you’re US-based?) As for the blaster, you can use it as the CRL don’t specifically rule out baptys and although it has clear differences to the CRL image it was decided to allow it for now. Just paint it black to cover the excessive weathering on the grip and you’re good to go
