I making an ANH Stunt helmet for the first time. I made the mask out of plasticine. I intend to make a negative of my creation and then casting a duplicate out of a harder substance that can withstand vacuum forming. Let me know what you think (be brutal). It will be easier to make changes now before casting it. The roughness will be sanded out after casting. Any recommendation on the material for the negative an final casting?

I am sculpting my own helmet. Are there any blueprints or templets for mic tips? What is typically used when constructing the helmet? Are there any templets for the vocoders?
